I’ve had service appointments with Advanced Appliance Service booked through my home warranty and they have been exceptional every time. In 2018 they serviced and repaired my HVAC unit over Labor Day weekend when it stopped working and I was exceptionally anxious having a newborn at home who had just come home from NICU. It was almost 5 years until I needed the unit serviced again and, unfortunately, a different service provider was sent by my warranty company. The other service provider recommended a total replacement of the unit, which wasn’t covered by my warranty, and what little maintenance they provided barely helped it limp along for the rest of the season. I was very suspicious of them recommending such an expensive solution and it cost me months of worry and dread. When the weather got warm recently, I noticed my system was working too hard, not performing well at all and definitely not cooling properly. I was glad when AAS was assigned as the service provider through my warranty and, once again, they’ve done an outstanding job. The fan blows as it should, the air is noticeably cooler, and my house is far more comfortable than it was at the end of last summer. It’s very clear now the other company was interested in an expensive total system replacement for their benefit rather than addressing the issues at hand. Advanced Appliance completed the work asked of them and has brought me a lot of comfort, both physically and financially. It means a lot.

Craig was a reminder that good character and values are still around. My kids were there, he greeted them, and was kind and willing to help. It did not seem as if he was even there to work, almost like inviting a friend in that just so happened to know how to resolve my issue, lol!! I cleared out his work area, and within 20 or so mins, he was finished. A true stand up guy 💪🏿 We can’t make good people but only find them, Advanced Appliance you have found a good one!

The technician called me 30 minutes before he arrived to my home. This gave me plenty of time to leave work and meet him at my home. He was very pleasant and ask me what was the problem with my washer. I explained the problem and he proceeded to check the washer for initial repairs. He did discover the problem and replaced the drain pump. He was able to install the drain pump in a matter of minutes and allowed me to get back to work. I’m very pleased with the service the technician provided with a reasonable repair amount on the bill.

My home warranty company choses my provider, and in the last three years I've had several heating and air companies come out. Jeremy from Advanced Appliance was by far the most professional, kindest, and knowledgeable I've experienced. He didn't just give identify the problem, but clearly explained the cause and potential solutions. I'm not in a place to make major financial investments. So he offered not only financial assistance options but also some very inexpensive ways to help lessen the likelihood of future trouble until I can potentially afford the more expensive permanent fix. He was so helpful that I am probably going to set up regular maintenance with Advance Appliance very soon.

My Mothers washer had a leak. Advance Appliance Service, sent a tech out. The guy was done in about 20-25 minutes. He let us know, the cold water hose had shaken loose. He reconnected it, and tightened both, the hot and cold water hoses. We are happy with the work that was done!

Advanced installed a Moen automatic water shutoff system for whole house protection. Pablo Cruz and his coworker were professional and on time for making the estimate and completing the installation. I have used Advanced before in my other home did not think twice about having them look at my gas logs, which turned out to be non repairable. We purchased a new set of gas logs called them Monday they came out 2 days later to complete installation, we are very happy with the service. When we submitted our service request, I heard back from them within 30 min. (The day before Thanksgiving.) The gave me an appt and showed up on time, very professional, and fixed my problem (Central Heat) within 20 min. Tested and confirmed the fix worked, and have checked in since to make sure we are okay. I love this company. Used them in the past for fixing my Washer, setting up my new Dishwasher, etc. I have never been disappointed in them. Now the most important note - They could have charged and recommended a new system, as the current one is about 20 years old, but they didn't. They cleaned and tweaked the furnace to make sure it was working and would take care of us ongoing. I trust them, which is unusual in our current day. You would be pleased tool.
