Dr. Becker’s office is great! My entire experience with both him and the team has been amazing. Everyone is so friendly and kind, which really makes the experience so much easier and comfortable. All of my questions were addressed quickly and efficiently and I left the office after my first visit feeling ecstatic I found a place where I felt I was able to really communicate my needs and feelings. I only had my procedure less than a week ago. To correct a rhinoplasty mess up from many years back. ( diff doctor ) Dr. Lozada was very reassuring and present and kind from day one. He assured me that he only does what is absolutely necessary to get the desired result. And he held true to that. The aftercare was amazing, and I was able to contact him directly for any questions and concerns without any reservations - even to ask him about the car parking for the post-op appointment. I still have a lot of swelling, but I can see it's taking shape very nicely and looks natural . Looking forward to my follow up appointments.

First visit was a 10!!! The girls in the office were super friendly!! Dr. Kam was great!!! Years and years of nose bleeds and not knowing why, (was with my former ENT for 30+ years!!) and Dr. Kam immediately told, and showed me that I have a deviated septum. Visits were easy to schedule, wait times were reasonable and both providers were very knowledgeable.
