Had a great experience today shopping for an elliptical. Clint was very knowledgeable about their inventory and quickly picked up on some concerns we had. I felt literally zero pressure (something I was worried about before coming in), Clint was really good about noticing when we wanted space and – without us having to ask – gave us room to walk the floor and talk.

Prices were competitive with online, but I feel much better about investing in such significant equipment with a retailer nearby that I can call for service if something is wrong.

We live nearby and I can say for sure we'll be back any time we need additional exercise equipment. We're already talking about which thing we want to get when we come back next time!

I went to Top Fitness because they carried a lesser known, but high quality treadmill that I wanted to check out. Susan helped me out and did a great job. She knew the products (beyond just regurgitating fact sheets) and was happy to share information, but also gave me plenty of space to check things out for myself which I appreciated. Susan was super helpful in coordinating to setup a sale and pick up via phone and email (I had my toddler with me which makes things complicated). The other employees help me load the tread into my van. Another employee pointed out because of the deck design you need to loosen the belt for lubing.

Additionally she went out of her way to follow up with some helpful information which I appreciated.

I wish I knew about this store sooner when I was freighting some strength equipment up here. They had a decent selection of racks, weights, and specialty bars which I'll be happy to get more of in the future.

Totally recommend someone looking for fitness equipment of all kinds to check out! (also because they have equipment in stock so you wont have to wait and deal with the Alaska shipping debacle).

We had the privilege of working with John while he was covering the Lynnwood location, and he was an absolute treasure to work with! John was thoughtful, patient, and answered our questions about ellipticals to help us make an informed choice in a rapid fashion. Went to Utah Home Fitness shopping for a treadmill for my wife and an elliptical machine for myself. Working with the Manager, Jackie, selected a new treadmill and a used elliptical machine to purchase to meet our needs. Jackie very knowledgeable on the many options available at Utah Home Fitness. With input from us on how we intended to use each piece of equipment, Jackie explained the features of and demonstrated several equipment choices to meet our needs. Was a pleasure working with Jackie. Waiting for delivery of our equipment later this week, hope that it goes as smoothly as the sale.

Absolutely the best experience from my salesperson Chris, to the awesome delivery guys, James and Nico. They took the time to show me every aspect on how the bike works, in addition to me trying it out to ensure all the personalized settings were just right for me. I would definitely recommend this store to all!
