I was online looking at the Power Tech multi Jim And was going to order it… To my surprise, I saw Brian‘s video on YouTube where he gave a very sincere demonstration of the product On January 6, I went in at 10 AM Monday morning… He gave me a complete review of the product was very professional and thorough. I picked out everything I wanted and he is delivering it to my home and setting it up. It was a pleasure doing business. I highly recommend if you live in the DFW area that you simply drive over to his store in Southlake once you are there and you feel in touch the product it makes a world a difference. My granddaughter is on break so she hung out with me today

I definitely command to very positive customer service experience Top Fitness has delivered. The store manager and his sales rep were very accommodating in helping to choose elliptical machine of best quality for great price. After deliver that went exactly on schedule, we had a couple questions. The contract was the store was easy. A few days later we had received a call from fitness equipment company in Chicago about their technician were ready to look at equipment. The service crew of two very professional technician evaluated and found the problem that included a couple loose bolts and recommended lining under the machine. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally, and with no charge. I will recommend the Top Fitness store to anybody who is looking for quality equipment and services.

This place is one on those businesses you don’t see very often these days. You’re interest put first, no sales pitch, educate you and help you find the right solution for YOU!! You don’t have to learn the hard way here. They get the job done quickly. Brian sets the culture. He’s a servant leader. Goes way beyond to help you get what YOU NEED!! I bought Powertec Lever Gym and love it. I will be back most likely for stationary bike or some other Cardio machine. I have no doubt I’ll get exactly what’s right for ME and not what they need to “sell” . Hope Brian stays around so I don’t have to research and shop lol

Top fitness in Southlake is awesome! I came in on a Saturday to look at a product and was met by Brian the GM. His friendly and inviting personality is what ultimately made me decide to pull the trigger and buy what was I looking for! He remembered my name the next day when I came back with my wife. He was extremely patient l, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Top Fitness in Southlake!

Brian Smith is incredible. He jumped through every hoop possible to get us the system we wanted 3 weeks ahead of everyone else in the DFW area. He wildly exceeded all expectations we had and made our customer experience amazing. We recently bought a True treadmill from Utah Home Fitness in Sandy. Katrina was wonderful to work with and it was nice to be able to try the various treadmill models. She and Chase treated us so well and answered all of our questions.
It took about 2 weeks to receive our treadmill. The delivery service was wonderful as well. They texted us the day before and delivered the treadmill the next day. It was obvious that they were experienced in assembling and calibrating the treadmill. They were polite, kind, and answered all of our questions.

We are loving our new M3 machine, and Ken was incredibly helpful when we were shopping for a new universal machine as well as throughout the delivery and setup process.

We use our machine several times a week, and each time we say to each other how much we like it - how smoothly it moves, how comfortable it is, and how many different options are available in a single machine! It's fabulous.

Awesome store experience. James from Salem NH location helped us with the Inspire fitness equipments and their features.
Got help in moving flooring mats and accessories that were pretty heavy.
Home delivery was quick and setup was exceptional. Team were on-time, very professional and continuous worked without any breaks and completed the entire home gym setup. They took take of all of the boxes and packaging, cleaned up and left the gym as brand new.
Would recommend this stores and reach out to James if planning to setup Gym. I even bought the flooring tiles from Top Fitness.

Just want to share a wonderful shopping experience at this store!! It was difficult finding the bicycle I wanted (upright, stationary). Not only did I find the perfect bike, but I had wonderful CUSTOMER SERVICE (rare these days) from Jacob!! Great communication, helpful, total knowledge of all products, personable - absolute perfection for anyone walking in that needs knowledge/assistance. This is your store - and Jacob is your guy!!
