Richard was amazing and I would choose him for any future inspection! He did a very thourough job of our 4000 sq ft investment property (over 100 years old) and was able to explain all the big and small issues to us. It was obvious that he has a lot of knowledge and expertise. He sent us the inspection report within the same day, which was great. Due to the age and location of the property, he also recommended to do a sewer scope and provided some contacts for that, which turned out to be great advice since the plumbers actually found some pretty major sewer issues that we would have never found out about otherwise.

Bavesh was my inspector, and I would recommend him.. He was very professional, kind and thorough. He also was reasonably priced. I appreciated all the referrals that were sent to me afterwards. I got to view inside the sewer scope, go over the oil tank sweep with him, he was honest enough to let me know I didn't need a radon test and why. He made sure to go over the heating system, electrical panel and showed me where my cut off valves where the water and gas meters, and gas lines were. He took me through the home and explained everything what was in working order ,what wasn't, what needs to be fixed, replaced or what will need to be done in the future. We also went over potential hazards around the home. He used a drone for the roof. The report was easy to understand and the photos were clear. I like that I was able to create a list of things I wanted either replaced, repaired, or monetary value so that I can repair the things myself from the report. I was able to share the link with all parties involved at once. That made it much more simpler.
