Bavesh was my inspector, and I would recommend him.. He was very professional, kind and thorough. He also was reasonably priced. I appreciated all the referrals that were sent to me afterwards. I got to view inside the sewer scope, go over the oil tank sweep with him, he was honest enough to let me know I didn't need a radon test and why. He made sure to go over the heating system, electrical panel and showed me where my cut off valves where the water and gas meters, and gas lines were. He took me through the home and explained everything what was in working order ,what wasn't, what needs to be fixed, replaced or what will need to be done in the future. We also went over potential hazards around the home. He used a drone for the roof. The report was easy to understand and the photos were clear. I like that I was able to create a list of things I wanted either replaced, repaired, or monetary value so that I can repair the things myself from the report. I was able to share the link with all parties involved at once. That made it much more simpler.

The inspector was very informative. He did not check furnace or the fireplace. The listing did not let my agent that the fans were on remote control. The only fan not working was the primary bedroom. Also he recommended we have a plumber and eletrician to check everything else.
