I have been go through A-MAX for almost 4 years now, except when I first was referred to them they were still called Sameday Insurance. I've always had nothing but pleasant experiences when dealing with this company. The customer service agents are always very polite, helpful, and on top their customers needs and concerns. I have in the past, and will continue to, refer friends and family that need insurance to check A-MAX out because I know they will not be disappointed.

Excellent customer service from Johnathan, from beginning to end, he was very helpful, answered all my questions.

My first time on A Max insurance and I can’t believe is that easy and so cheap the staff was so nice and very understanding thanks a lot A Max Insurance I like to stay here longer I didn’t realize is that cheap then my previous insurance my previous insurance they ripped me off the whole time and I think is meant to be so I can open my eyes

A-MAX insurance really helped us out. My husband needed same day insurance as we were picking up a new car. We worked with Damon and called on a Saturday. He was so informative and even gave us some tips on negotiating our deal with the dealership! Damon worked quickly and efficiently on our quote and kept up informed on every step! Will be updating the insurance of another vehicle this week and will 100% go back to A-MAX Insurance and work with Damon.

Im extremely satisfied with the experience I had with Rene Gutierrez, he was beyond helpful. He was straight forward as well, with informing me that I would not be able to be insured, however he said he would still try for me and work on it to see every possible option that was out there. I was at a dead end with a lot of insurance companies and he ended up finding me insurance. It wasn’t cheap, but it was definitely worth it. I was ready to give up and almost hang up on him when he first told me I wouldn’t be able to be insured because I was so fed up at that point, but I didn’t. I would suggest him to anyone who may be interest in getting a quote through him, because he is most definitely going to go above and beyond. He informed me that his higher ups were telling him how are you getting this person insurance( I had two at fault accidents last year, they were surprised) that should just show how good he is at what he does. Thank you so much Rene, you’re the best!
