I have had this shower for 6 yrs. It had one part broken and he sent it to me right away. I have recommended this shower to other people and I tell them that it is a little bit aggravating to put together. I also tell them to price out someone building a floor, walls, shower doors, etc and usually it is a minimum of $5000 and up. I am very satisfied with the product and the price or i wouldn't recommend it. Thank You
