Ability Mortgage Group really came through when we were close to giving up. Working with Peter, Craig and Jim was very easy, laid back and efficient. They all were very responsive and informative. If one wasn’t available for a call, they made sure someone else gave us a call back within a reasonable amount of time. My husband and I are VERY satisfied with the work that Ability Mortgage put in during our hunt for a house, and when. we finally found one. We couldn’t have been paired with a better company. And these were the guys who won the war for us after we tried at least 3 other lenders.

Outstanding professionalism and expertise in the field of home mortgages. They did a tremendous job converting my FHA to a VA loan.
Prior to that they did outstanding work on refinancing previously held FHA loans before I was able to re utilize my VA benefits on my primary residence.

Peter and his team are the best. If you're not sure that you qualify for a home loan, give them a call. They are fast and responsive and helped us with our first home. We recently refinanced and again called Ability Mortgage Group. They were able to offer a much lower rate than our original lender. Give them a call.
