I had a mold issue in my basement so I contacted Above and Beyond. My experience with them was fantastic. I spoke with Rebecca over the phone and she was able to schedule an inspection quickly despite my difficult schedule. Carl and Shawn came to my home and were extremely courteous, very friendly, and very professional. They were honest and straightforward about my issue and developed a plan to address it. They did not try to sell me anything and provided me with information and knowledge to make an informed decision. I ultimately decided to schedule the necessary remediation. Their team, lead by Greg, were awesome! They were thorough and completed the work in a timely manner. Carl and Shawn checked in throughout the remediation to make sure everything was going smoothly and if there were any concerns. I would highly recommend Above and Beyond for mold remediation. If you're calling a mold remediation company, it's probably going to be a bad day. However, after springing a leak in our roof of a house we bought 4 months ago, Shawn, Carl, Greg and the rest of the team at Above and Beyond truly lived up to their name. Not only did they go the extra mile to make sure the mold was gone but even helped coordinate the roofer to fix the roof before the next storm (which was 3 days away) and fix our dryer vent that was spewing lint into the attic. Not only are they exceptional at their job but they are also amazing people too who really care about their customers. I know that they won't leave here until the job is done right. Shawn even helped work with the insurance company to take some work off my plate. While I hope I never have to call a mold remediation company ever again, if I did, I wouldn't think twice about calling Above and Beyond again and can't speak more highly of them. There may as well not even be other mold remediation companies in NJ. Don't think twice. These are your guys.

Best contractors I've had in a while. Butter smooth process from start to finish. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable technicians that walked me through the whole process and what to expect. Shawn and Carl were the techs that did my job and I couldn't be happier. The pre- and post-sanitization testing was crystal clear that my airborne mold issues in my HVAC system were completely gone. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of remediation.
