Ms. Page was a delight to come over to show me how to put it on and answer all of my concerns seeing that this is my first time with a wrap. The staff at Absolute Medical are GREAT, as are their products. I purchase new products every 6 months. The compression remains as when new (I wear them once and gently wash them). I have been using Absolute Medical products for years.. Colleen, with whom I work the most, is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I have found that the support that I receive from my stocking and garment are extremely helpful. The swelling of my ankles and feet are going down considerably. However there is a small amount of swelling at the end of the day. I feel if I continue to wear them that too will improve.

Alex was great and very accommodating. Due to my very busy and hectic schedule, he was able to reschedule our appt around my schedule. He even came out to me and did measurements and gave me options on what I could choose from for my compression garments. Absolute Medical called me when my garments came in and scheduled a time where Alex could come out and I would try them on. Delivery was quick. The garments are made of a very nice material and are easy to take care of. My stockings fit great and Alex told me how to best take care of my garments and how often I should replace them, etc. He is very knowledgeable. The only thing i havent received is a bill. Alex said it would come about 2 weeks after my garments came in. It’s been longer than that unless it was billed through Duly Health care and then it has been paid since I have paid my balance in full with them.

My experience was awesome. They were very Attentive to my specific needs with my compression garments. I received my garments quickly, the material is very good. My lower extremities feel more stable and they are less swollen throughout the day and night with the use of them. I highly recommend absolute for custom garments.
