Price was agreed to prior to picking up vehicle, but not honored when tow truck arrived. They claimed it was not the original catalytic converter, but I never had any exhaust work done on vehicle.
After discussion with the office, the agreed upon price was paid.
Seems like they really want to do the right thing.
