I called Agile Pest Control at 8:30 a.m. to get someone out to treat a yellow jacket nest in my foundation, where the gas company would be working that day. George promptly called me when they opened at 9 and schedule for a tech to come out that morning.
Mike arrived at 11 a.m. and assessed the situation, explained the treatment and gave me a very fair price. He then spent over an hour spraying and respraying as more and more yellow jackets returned to the nest. He was very concerned about the gas company workers getting stung, so he made sure to do whatever he could to keep them safe. No yellowjackets detected since!
The gas workers reported no issues getting the work done that afternoon, and Mike returned at a later date to seal up the entry and exit with foam insulation.
Both George and Mike were a pleasure to work with and I will not hesitate to call them if I ever have any pest issues again.

I worked initially with George on the phone, then Mike who came on a Saturday to asses, then Manny who exterminated. All really pleasant to work with. I had hundreds of larvae on the kitchen ceiling. I called Agile after reading all the 5 star reviews and they did not disappoint. I discovered mice droppings in my garage and when I called today, George said he could send someone that same day. Mike came out, checked not only the garage but the attic, basement and all around the outside house. So glad he did as he found more mouse droppings in the attic. My husband and I were a little anxious about starting with a new pest company (our previous experience with another company was less than stellar and totally ineffective) but we had a carpenter ant issue that neeeded to be addressed. The evaluation was quick and very helpful - the source of the issue was identified almost immediately. The treatment was quick and after just 2 days, the ants were gone! So happy!
