Robert did an excellent job rekeying the locks in my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient throughout the entire process. This company was professional and prompt. We had a technician show up quickly. Kaden was a kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything ahead of time so there were no surprises. He also explained afterward why he did what he did inclusive of pictures. Honestly, he did such a good job, I asked him if he was the owner. He was not, but that tells you how great of a technician he was. No one likes to call a locksmith company, but this was a good experience.

I called AJ Locksmith at about 3;30 p.m. after the lock on one of our doors malfunctioned and my husband was locked out. The person answering the phone was polite, and responsive. Within an hour Robert was ringing my doorbell to fix our lock. We even had him fix a second door lock that was a little loose. He was quick, had parts on his truck and within minutes was on his way. It was the easiest repair call, I have ever had. AJ Locksmith is our new go-to company for all of our locksmith needs.
