Beautiful space. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The doctor we spoke to was efficient and quick but didn't seem too open to answering questions once the diagnosis was made. But oh well. At least we got a diagnosis.

All over it was as pleasant an experience as one can expect from a medical professional.

After struggling from a lot of acne caused from wearing a mask at work, Dr. Rao was able to help me with my request of topical medication and lasering! My acne cleared up within a month and a half and my skin has never been better!

I've been to many clinics in different cities even and I can say that Dr. Rao is EXCEPTIONALLY caring, accessible and experienced. Relatively seamless system in place re Covid-19, but of a longish wait in the waiting room but once into the inner sanctum, was quick, efficient and professional. Dr Rao was lovely and I got a complimentary blue light treatment to expedite the healing. But afterwards I had to follow the arrows out if the facility so was unable to make a follow up appointment, felt a little cast adrift... Overall I would recommend because this is far and away the most pleasant dermatology clinic I have ever been too.

Dr.Rao is the BEST in Edmonton! I’ve been seeing him for over 15 years!
His manners are kind gentle and is extremely knowledgeable.
As for the staff (and I think I know them all) they are exactly the same.
My experience today was stressful for me and by the time I left I was completely calm.
I suffer with skin cancer and he has been there for me and always looked after me!
I need to add.....the COVID precautions were the best I’ve seen anywhere.

I have been seeing Dr Rao for over 10 years for various concerns, acne, acne scarring, aging skin, migraine headaches and I can’t say enough about the great service that Dr Rao and his team have provided me! My skin has improved so much that I no longer feel uncomfortable about my appearance. My concerns are always addressed and great treatment options have always been provided.

Dr. Rao, the nurses and all of the staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. The lotion that Dr. Roa has developed, ActivMD, is absolutely awesome. When I put this lotion on after showering or hot tubing, my skin retains enough moisture that my Eczema does not flare up. My wife and my daughter both use it for a face moisturizer and claim that it's better than anything else on the market and the price is very reasonable.

Just saw Dr Rao for my daughter’s acne and he took a lot of time explaining her condition and the most suitable treatment for her. He is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. My family has been cared for all our dermatological issues by Dr Rao for over fifteen years.
From treating my aged father with his multiple age related skin issues, to treating my daughter in law with her Rosacia, we have had nothing but the best of care and the best of results.
Currently I am Dr. Rao’s patient.
Dr. Rao is very professional with extensive knowledge of his discipline. The clinic runs very efficiently and always on time. What I most appreciate is the time Dr. Rao spends explaining all the options of care and then allows you to make an informed decision.
I should also mention that often we have had to reschedule an appointment and the staff at the front desk are most helpful and accommodating.
I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Rao. .
