We are buyers from out of town, Cory was flexible with scheduling and understood our sense of urgency. Once done he called me to review by phone the findings and explain everything thoroughly making recommendations on how to proceed. He was friendly and patient with my questions. Response time for reporting was fast and easily legible. Made the process very easy.

We needed a ln inspection super fast to close on the home. They wasted no time and had to drive out in the in middle of no where to get the job done. They did it without complaining about the short notice and long drive. And they did it with a smile.

I can absolutely say, this was the best inspection experience we've ever had. Cory was awesome from start to finish! He took time to answer all of our questions and concerns and was as friendly, as ever. Not once did we feel like we were a bother to him. I even had questions after he left and felt comfortable enough to text him with my concerns. He responded right away and helped me no problem. When he finished the inspection, he sent a completed "Inspection Report" straightaway. If you have any doubts about using this company, don't! Give them a call. You won't be sorry!

This was probably the best experience I've had with a home inspector. Corey was wonderful to work with, he took the time to call before the inspection, after the inspection, the reports came in a timely matter and even contacted several times to ask if there were any questions that I had regarding the inspection report.
