American Air did an awesome job a couple years ago on our new Trane HVAC system. Josh has done all the service calls on the equipment and serviced our Heat & Glow gas fireplace. Per Josh’s recommendation we are having AA install an air scrubber system for air quality. Great company, highly recommend! B Hines

AA PROVIDED ROUTINE SERVICING OF OUR TWO FURNACES AND SEPARATE AC SYSTEM IN OUR WALLA WALLA HOME. THEY SUBSEQUENTLY DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED A FAILED COMPONENT IN OUR HYDRONIC FLOOR HEAT SYSTEM. OUR TECHNICIAN (CHANCE) WAS TIMELY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND LEFT A CLEAN WORK AREA. OFFICE SUPPORT (KATIE) WAS VERY HELPFULL AND COMMUNICATIVE. I RECOMMEND AA WITHOUT HESITATION.

Our gas furnace started acting odd so I called American Air first thing in the morning (Kris answered) and they got to us same-day and were able to send someone to help at a specific time Id be home from work. Joshua Nelson came to check it out, had the part we needed in his truck, and got our furnace working well again fast! He was courteous, respectful of our home, and represented this company very well. Grateful for Joshua and Kris! There is a definite peace of mind when you have professionals come fix things that dont work like they should (especially natural gas-powered things!!).

Tim Hinger came out to assess situation for gas insert for our double-sided fireplace. He was really helpful to clarify options and determine best fit. The install went off without a hitch, other than we needed to order more stones for the base, and we love our new birch log set!

They came right out when I called. Seth found the problem and explained things clearly. The part was ordered, which came in the next day, and American Air came right back to complete the repair. I used American Air when it was time to upsize our HVAC system due to an addition on our home. Tim Hinger met with me several times before the project started to answer questions. Their quote was reasonable and there were no surprises after the work was completed. I had a couple of call backs for adjustments to airflow and Tim always got a crew out in a timely manner. We are two years out with the new system and couldnt be more comfortable.

Update:
One of the units was making noise. They came out right away to fix it. My warranty for the part I needed had just expired. They honored it anyway. This is a company with so much integrity. I am grateful.

I am very happy with American Air. They gave me the best price, which was important to me. They fit me in quickly. Which was so appreciated considering the weather this summer!! And they did a great job! My mini split system is so quiet and works amazingly!

We lost our AC in the middle of the night on the hottest day of the summer and Dan was there the next morning. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed, but the very the next day they were back installing our AC and new furnace by 7:30am. They helped us through all the steps and had it installed by 2pm. I can't say enough about the whole team. From Dan to the office staff, the installers, and Tim who helped us through it all! They even set up a portable unit till ours was done so we could stay cool in one room. Don't waste your time on anyone else call American Air and heating! You won't be sorry!
