I was having problems pairing my hearing aids to my iPhone. Mr Johnson took the time to show me how to do the pairing and updated my hearing aids and replaced the wax filter, dome and grip tip

The staff was very professional, helpful and patient would recommend the services I am a veteran US Army I appreciate all the updates they provided me. The staff in both locations which is in Temple and Killeen are friendly and very knowledgeable. Anything I don’t understand is explained to me where I can understand it.
