Great selection of top branded vehicles and the one I got was really good (low mileage and perfect condition) also for a good price. Friendly service (both during and more importantly after the purchase, which means a lot). The only thing I found a bit annoying is that negotiations are actually going upwards from the website posted price referring to some services that were presumably performed, which sounds a bit shady. But I guess it's somewhat an industry standard. Wish the pricing were more transparent. But in the end I got a really good car for a good price so fully satisfied. Also got a reasonable financing option. Overall would definitely recommend this dealership, just be prepared for the price negotiation.

I felt with Russ. He’s was the best. I Originally came in for a 2013 Mercedes and when I came to pick up the paperwork to register it I saw a range rover in the show room. The Mercedes was for my grandmother but I like the range rover for myself. Russ went above and beyond for me with that car. The paperwork took a week to get to me so I can register the car. The car runs in perfect condition. It was missing things like a license plate bracket and I gave him a call and told him that and he said come in tomorrow and I’ll have it for you. I could not speak more highly of him. If I ever have friends that are looking for cars I would 100% refer them to him because of how he treats his customers. He doesn’t treat you like a customer he treat you like family. There were a few hiccups as far as paperwork for the first car and a minor issue but that wasn’t his fault. Russ as a sales rep if I had to give them a one out of 10 I would give him a 10. The issues I had with the Mercedes as far as service were out of his hands but him as a rap if I was ever looking for another car which I may be in the near future I would come back to Russ.

They get FIVE STARS from me! Corey Hill was my Salesperson and the level of customer service he provided me with, was BEYOND STELLAR! I found the car on TrueCar. A gentleman by the name of Lamont, was my first point of contact and he was also really nice! Shout out to Hassan in Financing, for getting me a GREAT deal and making the numbers work! I test drove three cars. A Porsche Cayenne and two Porsche Macans. One of the Macans was at a partner dealership, 35 minutes away. Instead of leaving me to my own devices, Corey, went above and beyond... by driving myself, daughter and mother all the way there, in his personal vehicle, so that I could take it for a test drive. And BOUGHT us all dinner! I was at the dealership, test driving cars and filling out paperwork, until after business hours! NOT ONCE did anyone complain! I brought my Macan home yesterday! Thanks Gentlemen!
