Anchor Mortgage exceeded my expectations! I was not an easy loan to qualify because there are so many componets to my life's financial puzzle. But, Hana Girgis, Theresa Phillips and Mary Stage all worked together and got the job done! Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect. Anchor Mortgage Group and their associates listened to my needs, walked me through each step of the process and they were very responsive. They were able to help me out when others couldn't. They even had my loan ready to close swiftly to meet the sellers deadline! They were very professional and accommodating. I would defiantly recommend them and use them again in the future.

Hana and her team did a wondeful job of pricing. I was zero out of pocket for closing, other than escrow and % down. Would have given a 5, but had a slight hiccup with underwriting due to my unique financial portfolio. Fortunately Hana and the team rectified it which allowed me to close on time.

Exceptional customer service! My wife and I were concerned about our ability to qualify for the amount of money we were applying for. Not that we had poor credit but there had been some fluctuations in our income in 2020. I was amazed at how well we were treated and how smoothly the prossess went. I would definitely refer Anchor to a family member or to anyone looking refinance or purchase a new home. The whole team was truly a pleasure to deal with!

I can honestly say that my experience with Anchor Mortgage was definitely a five star experience. Hanan Girgis handled my refinance she is a true God Send. Trust me, I had question after question and never felt like I was asking too many questions. Hanan also has a great team working with her, they were all very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They made me feel like I was their only client. I would absolutely use Anchor Mortgage again.
