Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect. Anchor Mortgage Group and their associates listened to my needs, walked me through each step of the process and they were very responsive. They were able to help me out when others couldn't. They even had my loan ready to close swiftly to meet the sellers deadline! They were very professional and accommodating. I would defiantly recommend them and use them again in the future.

Hana and her team did a wondeful job of pricing. I was zero out of pocket for closing, other than escrow and % down. Would have given a 5, but had a slight hiccup with underwriting due to my unique financial portfolio. Fortunately Hana and the team rectified it which allowed me to close on time.

Exceptional customer service! My wife and I were concerned about our ability to qualify for the amount of money we were applying for. Not that we had poor credit but there had been some fluctuations in our income in 2020. I was amazed at how well we were treated and how smoothly the prossess went.
