Raul did an excellent job not only in troubleshooting the problem with the outside unit, but also explaining it. Moreover, his recommendations for maintenance for outside unit, Was good information to keep the outside unit working at better capacity and to help it last longer! James and his team was very professional and replaced my outside unit (4 ton Trane and attic unit) in two days. Even started on labor day! After the unit was installed James and his team came back to the house after 24 hours and made sure everything was working properly. Thank you David

Thoroughly checked the inside & outside unit. He knows his craft & quickly resolved the issue & also shared some areas that I will need to take care of in a couple of years. I really appreciated the “heads up”.

Timely service. They showed up ahead of appointment time. Diagnosed issues and unfortunately recommended a new unit. However they also had the best price on a replacement unit with up front pricing on their website.
They were able to install it the next day. Highly recommend their services.

My A/C went out the night before the 4th of July. I knew to turn the system off and find out if the outside fan could still spin it if it was seized up. Past that I prayed and I knew that Annaville A/C needed to be my call. I called and within about an hour Darren arrived. He replaced the compassator and showed my what was wrong with the old one. He checked over the system for weak or spots that were to hot or to cold. He also educated me about the system and what to watch for. Including to how to wash it every 6 months or so and showed me the best way. We also discussed filters. Darren was polite, professional, personable, and just a blessing. I highly recommend Annaville A/C for all your needs!

Nothing is worse than a leak from a pipe in the middle of the summer! But Annaville AC’s service promptly sent an employee who came in, found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly! Then he stayed a while to be sure there were no other issues. I appreciate the professionalism and work ethic demonstrated by this young man. Think his name was Kevin. Will certainly contact them again if necessary and would highly recommend them. Their office staff is professional and attentive to the customer’s needs!
