I’ve been working with annaville AC for over 20 yrs. Through this time to present Ive been impressed with their knowledge and modern advances of efficiency to cooling my home. Not to mention their professionalism, quick call back if needed, honest, reliable and their team of professional tech’s. That’s hard to come by nowadays. Bonus is they clean up afterwards and in my pool house AC installed, the tech took it upon himself to remove his dirty shoes before entering my pool house. Rollie has completed maintenance on our older AC unit. He was professional and explained, using photos, of the work completed. He offers recommendations if necessary. We feel confident that what he suggests is necessary in order to continue the efficiency of our unit.
As a convenience to his customers, he texts as to when he will be at your home.

Very pleased with service technician Mark he was very knowledgeable and saw and recommended change’s that could be corrected within my inside unit and took the time to explain why changes to ac fan speeds would help and make a change to ac cooling and functions of air feel and quality and got my house feeling cooler than it was the day it was installed. It’s good to know that there is still good honest people that really try to help out there customers instead of doing the bear minimum. Heater was not performing as intended. Called Annaville AC and the receptionist was very efficient, worked out a time that fit my schedule. Marc was our technician and he arrived 10 minutes early and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. He even went as far as taking a video with his phone to aide in describing the issue. We have used Annaville AC several times for different issues throughout the years and have always been pleased with their customer service.

If you are having a/c problem’s or just need a check up before the 1st norther, call Annaville A/C, they are a local company, with 25 years in the business, Thomas came out and gave us all of our options, we could have fixed our old unit, but decided to replace it, glad we did. They are very Professional, fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Give them a call you will be glad you did.

I have used Annaville A/C in the past and they never let us down. Marc Smith came out today, in less than an hour after I called, and diagnosed the problem and repaired it in less than 20 minutes. I have had another A/C company come out years ago and tried to sell me a new system. Annaville came out and replace a part and they are still keeping my old system running. My AC stopped working, and Annaville AC was recommended to me. I was so thankful when I called this morning, and a repairman was able to come out this afternoon! Marc did a wonderful job of arriving on time, and he worked efficiently and professionally, finding a place with the necessary part, rushing over there to get it, coming back quickly to replace the part, keeping his work area clean and picking up any waste. Our a/c went out on a Sunday afternoon. We called and Tommy came out promptly Monday morning. We needed new indoor and outdoor units. They gave us a very reasonable bid and were here Tuesday morning and had everything installed and working great by that evening. A quality job done in less than a day. They were polite, cleaned up everything and very knowledgeable!

My condensing unit went out on Memorial Day weekend. Annaville ac was able to respond on that Sunday within 1 hour of my call. Marc diagnosed the problem and the solution. My unit was replaced on Tuesday morning. Marc did a great job and had excellent customer service and communication. Annaville Ac is a great company to do business with. Our outside unit stopped running, we didn’t think Annaville A/C could come out on short notice. Marc was out in 30-45 minutes! He had to find parts to our old unit and had us up and running by 5:00pm. Marc was very pleasant and most of all he didn’t seem to mind working out in the heat with mosquitoes. It’s nice to have someone who doesn’t mind doing their job!!!
