We hired Any Season Builders to do a large bathroom remodel. We had never done a remodel of any kind before and so we were nervous about the cost, how long it would take, and unanticipated issues. To give an idea of the project scope, we wanted to split one large and very ugly second floor bathroom into two smaller bathrooms: one hallway bathroom for the kids, and a master for us.
After receiving his bid which was reasonable, we spoke to references that seemed happy with their experience working with Jason.
Jason was extremely professional, explaining the cost breakdown, timeline, and was very responsive to questions we had. Rather than giving us a payment schedule that centered around 1/3 done, 2/3 done, etc (which is confusing and hard to translate) he gave us regular detailed draw sheets that explained exactly what had been done and the cost breakdown for each part of the job. My husband and I found this transparency very refreshing.
We lived at home during the renovation and Jason’s team was clean, professional, and courteous. Jason anticipated the project to take 8 weeks. We were back upstairs after 8 weeks while some of the last details were being finished. Jason stopped by to check on the work often and was always very responsive over email and text.
Along the way, Jason made some excellent suggestions that we hadn’t thought of. For example, Jason found a sliding glass door with pitted glass, rather than the frosted glass that the original design called for. We are grateful that Jason asked us about this because it looks great- better than I think it would have looked!
Luiz is a master at demo, framing, and tile. He asked about tile layout and never made any assumptions about what we wanted. Quite honestly, the tile in both bathrooms came out perfect! The glass tile with bright white grout is stunning, the wood-look floor tile is warm and textured, and the marble tile in the master is beautiful. Grout lines are perfect and all cuts avoided weird small pieces.
Because we went for a large format floor tile and the master shower was curbless, Luiz expertly laid the tile such that the tile would not have to span the change in slope from the bathroom to the shower. Since I had chosen a tile that looked like wood I didn’t want odd cuts in the shower for a center drain, and so I asked Jason if we could go for a linear drain instead. Jason was very accommodating and the change was made effortlessly.
The project is finished and both bathrooms look spectacular. We are so happy with the way both bathrooms came out and already mornings and routines are easier. The project was completed on time and on budget. We would enthusiastically hire Jason and his team again!

Having never experienced the complexities and challenges associated with a major renovation project, we are very pleased with how everything turned out. Our particular project happened in 2019 and involved a complete demolition of our existing kitchen, which protruded from the back side of our house. A new addition (with larger footprint) was built form the ground up and consisted of a new kitchen and a (new) bedroom over it. In the process, we completely renovated two bathrooms – one on each floor – and did some light renovations on two other rooms of the house. Having worked with a local architect to develop a plan/drawings that met our needs, we met with four contractors. The styles and approaches varied, but we were enthusiastically unanimous in selecting Jason and his team from Any Season Builders. We immediately liked Jason and felt he was the kind of person we could work with on this project. We had seen the quality of his work first hand and his price was fair. As work got underway, we soon realized that we had made an even better decision than we realized. Jason cares a great deal about every aspect of the project and puts a lot of thought into each detail. We live in an older house (1930) and he went out of his way to include that character in the new construction. Examples include designing the new trim to match our current trim. He also took the time to shop for old wooden doors (that matched those in our house) and then refurbished them for installation in the new bathroom and bedroom. Jason had great ideas and taste, he would make thoughtful suggestions, but would always do what we ultimately wanted knowing we were the customer. I spoke with Jason daily either via text or by phone about the project. His workmen were conscientious and respectful of the fact that we were still living in the house through this major renovation. They were friendly, easy to have in the house and clean. If we were to do another project tomorrow I would call Jason to do it. I hired Jason and his crew to replace an outdated bathroom in a commercial space. I was familiar with Jason's work from a renovation he did for a colleague and he offered the best value of the 3 contractors I considered. The space needed a ton of work to bring it up to current commercial building code. Jason did a fantastic job in working with the town and coordinating with the various subcontractors to get the project underway. They were very conscientious of other tenants in the building and kept noise / trash to a minimum. Jason was especially helpful in addressing damage done by a previous tenant that was discovered once demolition began. The quality of the work was excellent and job completed on time! I am looking forward to using Jason and Any Season Builders again on an upcoming project.
