Our representative, Bruce, is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show us what was going on with our water and what it meant. (Our kids had fun learning too.) He graciously and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. We felt confident buying a product that is made in America with a strong reputation. Our install happened swiftly and looks great! We love our new system - our water tastes good and feels amazing! We are happy knowing what kind of water is going into our bodies now. The cherry on top is that we have protected our biggest investment, our home/appliances.
