Renting from Apple Scooters was a great experience. They delivered and picked up the scooter from my hotel. All of the paperwork was completed online. Very easy. I was on vacation to visit Universal and Disney, did something to my back and had to go to Advent Urgent Care, shits and meds and knew I couldn’t do the parks without a scooter. Contacted Apple scooters late on Tuesday and Stephanie was an absolute godsend. She had a scooter delivered the next morning to my hotel, followed up to make sure all was good. Definitely recommend!!!

The apple scooter people are the best. They have always been super helpful and friendly. Once we had a bad battery they met us in the park with a new scooter to trade out so our day wasnt affected by the scooter. This time we had no issues but I always remember that time and how helpful they were.

We used the scooter for our week at Disney and Universal. We were at the parks,every day,open to close. The scooter battery never went past half charged. The scooter was clean and functioned as expected. We have used Apple Scooter in the past,and will continue to use them for all our Disney/Fla experiences. I must say my scooter came in at exactly the time I specified. The gentleman, Doug, was the person who delivered the scooter to the front of where I was going to stay at and explained everything I needed to know on how to operate it. I was able to maneuver it very well. The battery lasted all day well into the evening. I didn’t have to recharge it till the end of the day. I was very pleased with it. I highly recommend Apple Scooter Rental, worth every penny.

Apple Scooter was very accommodating. My plane got in late and I missed my pick time. I called as soon as I knew I wasn't going to make it and they said "No problem" and scheduled a later pick up time. The driver even rought the scooter to my resort door since it would've been a long walk to the pick up location. I use Apple Scooter every time I come to Disney and I have never been disappointed!

They are outstanding. I would highly recommend them. This is my 3rd time using them and they never disappoint. From the first call to the very end they are always there to answer all my questions and so so very helpful to change things if needed. The first time I used them they went out of their way to help me and after that they will always have my business. I can tell you there are other people that asked me about apple scooter while I was in Orlando Florida while they were on other companies scooters I told them what I felt and they told me they would go to them next time that the places they went to they werent happy with them. Apple scooter guys were some of the nicest guys weve ever met ...they dropped my scooter right at hotel front and because I got a small scooter n could of used the bigger one that stayed charged longer, which the apple delivery guy mentioned...they willing the next day brought me the bigger one right to our cabin...truly made it Hassel free and went above & beyond...Im coming back to Disney in November and absolutely will be using them again...amazing experience with everyone from apple scooter...

Apple Scooter was a great company to us. I unfortunately found out i have a bone tumor that makes it very difficult to walk. I used Apple Scooter based on the reviews, and am so glad we did. They have been great to work with. The scooter was at the hotel before we arrived, fully charged and in great condition. Due to a change of plans, they even worked with me on the time I have the scooter. I cannot say enough great things about this company. It made our disney vacation, truely magical.
