My stove wasn't working so I called Appliance Force to come and look at it. During the service call to assess what was wrong, my wall oven fell off the stand it was on and damaged the microwave door, oven door and some of my cupboards. Within 20 minutes of this happening, Patrick the owner of Appliance Force was at my home looking at the damage and telling me that everything was going to be rectified. That's exactly what happened. He replaced the microwave door, the oven door and had all my cupboards fixed. It was done in record time as he knew I was having a Christmas party at my home within a few weeks of this mishap.
Patrick was incredible to work with and if I could I would give this company 20 stars! You will never go wrong hiring this company. Thank you Patrick for doing everything you said you were going to do!

A great experience! My fridge started leaking one evening before bed. We were unable to pull it out to check it.

I have had 2 excellent experiences with Appliance Force and their technician Matt. I recently had an oven with temperature that was out of control (over 450F and climbing) -- Matt arrived, diagnosed the problem, had the parts with him and was able to finish the job within an hour. He also had time to fix my microwave (more than I had hoped) so that the door would close/open properly and work without slamming the door.
He was able to fix that in less that 1/2 hour with no parts.
Last year it was a very tricky dishwasher repair -- again, Matt showed up with the parts and was able to fix it on the spot.
On both occasions I was able to get next day service with no waiting.
I highly recommend Applicance Force --- I have been telling my friends about the excellent service,

Applicance Force is very good. Thanks for Tabitha's hard work. She is quick to response. and when my tenenant didn't turn on his cellphone, the technician cannot get in the building. She is willing to have him come back later and take a look at the broken refridgirator. Even though late refridgirator is not fixable due to the compressor is no longer manufactured. But I am still impressed by their service and flexibility. I think this is my fifth time using their service. Always good.

We love our Thermador cooktop, the design, technology and efficiency. We recently purchased house and previous owner informed us that cooktop has an error sometimes.
After we took possession, one day it stopped working completely. We informed Thermador and they are associated with Appliance force.
I had a call with application force and scheduled their expert visit.
1. Appliance force was able to schedule visit within a day.
2. The technician arrived on time. Before arriving, he called and share estimated arrival which definitely gave us some time to inform our office due to working day.
3. Technician came in, inspected the error and mentioned that he is aware about the issue already and shared the root cause, what needs to be fixed and glass replacement.
4. Appliance force called in to schedule visit after glass arrived.
4. Not only glass arrived prior to our expectations, technician came and fixed cooktop which felt easy for them but definitely a piece of work.
Thanks to dedicated and experience professional Appliance force team has. Not only cooktop was fixed, also informed what “TO DO” and definitely what “Not to Do” on our cooktop to avoid any error or malfunction of appliance.

My washer is old (by todays standards).It was not draining after the wash cycle. I am a firm believer of reduce, reuse, recycle. I called Appliance Force. They have been servicing my washer and dryer.******* came out and cleaned out the pump. He gave me a quote for a new one in case the problem was not corrected. Unfortunately he had to return with a new pump. After more analysis it was decided it was a bearing problem and time for a new washer. I appreciated his efforts to keep the old chugger chugging and also his honesty when done was done. I will call again next time.***********************

Update: now the fridge gave me problem, booked and appointment for next day. One more time, on 15 minutes the technician knew the problem. Fixed on 45 minutes. He informed about other extra optional preventive maintenance. I agreed to proceed. Thanks goodness I did, the de-icing unit was all plugged ready to fail.

Our service repair person (*******) showed up on time and promptly worked to diagnose the specific cause of our dishwasher problem. 2 possible repair possibilities were identified, neither of which did ******* have the necessary part in his van. He went and got the first part, which he initially thought was cause of the problem. While he was at his supplier, he also ordered the second potential part needed, just in case it would be needed. After coming back he installed the first potential solution part, but this turned out not to be the one to solve the problem. The new part was removed from the dishwasher and the old (but still working part) was returned to the dishwasher. ******* then turned to the other potential solution. Although he did not have the specific Bosch recommended part for our dishwasher, he did have a generic part in his truck which he installed. This generic part appears to have solved our problem. ******* ran our dishwasher with the new part in and before he left, our dishwasher seemed to be operating properly. Before he left, ******* also gave us some cleaning and maintenance tips to keep our dishwasher working at its best. ******* advised us to run the dishwasher a few times over the next few days to ensure it is still working properly. He also said the Appliance Force office will contact me after the ordered part arrives, to confirm if the generic solution part is still working properly. If so, the company will cancel the order for the specific Bosch recommended part. All in all, great customer service was provided by our service Technician. He gave us options regarding how we could move forward and we also appreciated all the maintenance tips he provided while on site. ************

They were very quick to respond to my appointment request for a fridge repair, even on a Sunday, and they were able to come take a look on Monday and complete the repair on Thursday. The guys were very friendly and professional, although it would have been nice if they had wiped the stainless surface clean once done.(that’s being a bit picky). The repair was very costly and so far so good, but hopefully it lasts for another 7 years!
