Dale was right on time. Which is kind of unheard of these days .😉. He ran a diagnostic test on my dishwasher to check for issues we are having. As always, Dale has never done me wrong. He came today to help me with my dryer. I’ve had him come for other appliances in the past. From our old appliances and even our new one. Try to have warranty work and who they sent out was very discouraging. They couldn’t help me, couldn’t fix it. Knowing my great experience with Dale, I scheduled with him. I didn’t care if I had to pay.
He’s honest, he’s cares, he’s knowledgeable and thorough. This is my go to guy.

Our dryer was sounding like a freight train. It’s 7 years old but we really didn’t want to replace it. We were able to book an appointment with Dale online on a Friday for the following Monday. Dale was informative and explained how the dryer is supposed to work, what the parts were and their function. My only issue is that I couldn't find how much it would cost just to have him come and look at our dryer. We're on a tight budget, so it would like been nice to know that before I made the appointment.
