I cannot emphasize how amazing this place is enough, I recommend this place to every breastfeeding mama who’s having a hard time! Dr. Cara is very kind, patient, knowledgeable, experienced, and a really good listener. My daughter had a frenectomy at another popular practice and I was really stressed about it reattaching, I wasn’t taught how to do the stretches and I wasn’t getting any help or guidance from the other place, just a recommendation to see an IBCLC. I am SO glad we saw Dr. Cara, she was able to squeeze us in quickly and help so much it actually brought me to tears. I wish we had done the procedure with her in the first place. If you are struggling and stressing about where to go or what to do just start here, they have everything a breastfeeding mom could need. She even let me use her therapeutic ultrasound to get rid of clogged ducts.

Dr. Cara does an excellent job! She answers all questions in detail and is very informative. I had my girls oral ties revised years ago and then my second child’s revised as well. Each time was a great experience and the IBCLC staff were great to work with as well!

I can not say enough great things about this practice! I was frantic trying to get my 3 day old son to latch. I was an absolute mess. I called in hopes of getting a very last minute appointment and the ladies up front were extremely accommodating and got me in right away. I was lucky enough to meet both Kerri and Dr. Cara at our visit. Kerri went above and beyond to answer all our questions. She worked with us for as long as it took to get baby relaxed, his tummy settled, and be able to latch. She never once made us feel rushed. Dr. Cara stopped in to help as well and equally as wonderful! This practice and these ladies were miraculous in getting our breastfeeding journey off to a great start. I go here because I had a low milk supply. They found out that my baby girl had a tongue tie, cheek ties, and lip ties, and were able to help us take care of them. They have also been working with me in trying to increase my milk production.

Super thankful for Dr. Cara and her team. We worked with Camera for my sons tongue and lip tie a few months ago. Not only did she assess our situation in detail, she spent the time explaining benefits of the procedure. It was so beneficial to me. Dr. Cara also took such good care of our boy twice now, once with tongue and lip ties which healed beautifully and she also took off an ear tag he had. She was so kind and made sure to ask if we had any questions. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for assistance in breastfeeding and tongue tie education and care!
