Worked with Jeff and Gloria twice to frame four items. Custom frames are always more expensive than off the shelf but the experiences have been very creative and positive. I am so glad I worked with them and proud of the frames they frames the gave my art. The end products are 10/10, complimenting and enhancing the art/posters. I’ll absolutely consider them again in the future.

I have had several pieces framed at AUM over the years, and I always go back because their work is outstanding. From helping me choose the best design (most recently we went in a totally different direction than I had planned and the result is far better than what I had imagined) to the quality of the product (I've done smaller products at Michael's and the difference is night and day) I know I'll get a piece of art that will last. I pay more, but it's absolutely worth it.

We had a large serigraph framed here and they were wonderful to work with, picking out the mat and frame to compliment the piece. Of course they have museum glass so it's not reflective. Highly recommend this group!

This is not my first time using AUM Framing. The reason I return is that the staff -- in this case, Jeff -- takes tremendous care in working with me to match the frame with the art work involved. The goal is to create a total work of art through enhancing the art work with the chosen frame, something that takes time and appreciation. I highly recommend the expertise and sensitivity of the framers at AUM.

My wife and I brought in an art print and several photo prints to be framed, and the experience could not have been better. We worked with Gloria on everything and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable- we picked out custom frames, mats, colors, sizes, and glass for all of our projects. The attention to detail, professionalism, and service were all over the top. Once the projects were completed, we noticed that the art print didn't lay totally flat under the glass and upon inquiring about some solutions for it with Trevor (the owner), he asked us to bring the print/frame back in and they had it re-mounted using a different method and looking perfect within just a day or two at no cost. I could not recommend AUM enough for all of your custom framing needs. They will take great care of you!

Recently had a couple things framed and it was and is always a great experience! David helped me to pick out the best matting & frame choices for the artwork I brought in. They always do a great job and my items were finished before the expected time frame which was nice. Finished pieces are expertly created and of the highest quality.

Nikki was fabulous. We brought in three pieces for framing, and she quickly pulled a few appropriate options from their vast wall of frame samples. We were asked a few targeted questions about our preferences, and Nikki took it from there. While I did initially have sticker shock from the quote, I appreciated the transparency, and the superb quality is clear in the final product.

I came in with 12 (!) pieces to frame, and the level of detail and care that Jeffrey put into each item ensured that I will enjoy them for a lifetime. We played around with color, texture and style in a way I could have never imagined on my own, and I am so thrilled with how everything came out! I have used AUM many times to frame everything from artwork on original canvasses that had to be stretched, limited edition poster artwork and just simple sentimental posters. They are great at suggesting the right framing option that will best show off your artwork. They are also willing to work with you to achieve options that are within your budget. The most recent piece of art they framed for me was an oil painting. There painting had minor but very noticeable damage (chips in the paint so that the white canvass was showing through). they did a beautiful job of repairing it before they framed it. Great work, and great people to deal with.

I have used AUM for framing on and off for the last quarter-century. They always do a spectacular job; the lead designer has terrific visual sense, talks with me about what can work, never seems rushed (is happy to play around with mats and frames very patiently to get it right), and is also clear about cost. They also under-promise and over-delivery in terms of timeliness, which I really appreciate. Yes, they are more expensive than the online frame businesses, but they are absolutely worth it.

Professionalism of the phone interaction was confirmation I had called the right place. It just got better when I took a complicated Asian piece for them to frame. We had a perfect solution within 30 minutes and I was out the door to worry about something else. I have been to many frame places, but this is the best experience ever.

My first time getting anything custom framed and this place exceeded my expectations. I had no idea what I was doing/looking for, but Jeff was so helpful, knowledgable, and professional. He has great style/taste and knew exactly what to do with my piece and how to keep it within my budget. I'm in love with my piece of art. Considering I've never been to other custom framing places, it's hard to provide a comparison, but my first experience was so great that I will not try anywhere else. I completely trust the staff at AUM and Jeff's work. Highly recommend this place!

I cannot say enough about my experience with Aum. Jeff is a true framing artist. His enthusiasm for art is so contagious. When I walked into Aum, I thought I was checking-off another chore off of my list, and when I walked-out, I was reinvigorated about the art work I brought-in because Jeff gave so much special attention to each piece. Jeffrey took a poorly framed painting and worked magic. His use of fillets gave the painting depth and brought out details I had not noticed in the seven years of ownership. All of my future framing needs will be entrusted to Jeffrey and AUM.

Jeff spent over an hour with me to advise and help me with selecting the perfect custom frame and french mat for the etching I brought back from France....and I was just a walk in with no appointment! These guys do really beautiful work. I had a very large print framed here recently and was amazed that it was made to look even more incredible than before. I’m still awed by it. It wasn’t cheap, but it was worth it. I don’t remember the name of the guy who helped me decide on the colors and textures for the frame and matting, but we stood there together for over an hour looking through material. He had a great eye for color and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would recommend AUM to anyone in need of a high quality custom frame and plan to use them again in the near future.
