The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly kind, the breakfast was great and the kids loved the heated pool. I found the pool to be a bit noisy because it echos really bad but that’s just part of having an indoor pool.

Excellent experience! Room and facilities were clean. Breakfast provided was great with decent selection. Staff (especially Angie from the breakfast area) was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I Love the baymont because not only is it an older hotel but they keep the building up to part the only thing would be better is new carpet in the hallways

Good location. Easy check in. Saw people in the pool exercising while we were at breakfast. Breakfast was very satisfying. Room was comfortable and clean. Strong shower with pleanty of warm water. If we need to stay in Springfield in the future, we would definitely consider this location.

I like this hotel. Its a little older but it’s always clean and the breakfast is good. They have an indoor pool that’s nice and laundry machines.

I’m Nice clean room. The bed was hard to me but fine to my husband. We went out the first day and came back to our room cleaned and refreshed. We usually don’t get that where we stay.

Our room was a little run down the bathtub was peeling and it just seemed to have a little bit of a rundown feel to it but it was very comfortable the bed was fantastic and the service is being really really friendly and helpful. . We definitely would stay again.

The front desk misinformed me about the schedule on the breakfast. She said it ends at 10:00 a.m. and I went there at 9:15 hoping it was less crowded. To my surprise it was empty and when I asked, they said I was misinformed; it ended at 9:00 a.m. I guess they had given me the weekend schedule in error. I went on a Wednesday evening, and checked out on a Thursday morning. They were still nice to get me some fruit and muffins.

Great hotel with the most friendliest staff. Every person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Clean rooms, great location, nice indoor pool open until 11 pm. Definitely recommend.

Overall great experience. Room was clean but a used washcloth was left hanging on the shower rod before we got the room. Otherwise check in was easy, breakfast was good and check out simple.

We were met with a smile by the desk clerk. Our room was very clean, smelled nice & had a refrigerator & microwave - Rosie did a great job! The complimentary breakfast was wonderful with a good variety to choose from.

The room and hotel interior were clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable along with the chair and ottoman. It was easy to adjust the temperature of our room. The only negative was the squatty potty in the bathroom. For tall people it was uncomfortable.
We didn't stay for breakfast, but I did walk through to see it was full of options.
