I’m a new RBT in this service field… my passion ! BFS is a great professional company to work for. HR staff are helpful and diligently working to get me connect with a client quickly. Training was quick but helpful. Communication is fantastic in all aspects which is key for productivity and success for employees and our clients 👏👏👏

As someone who has completed an RBT training course, I can say that it was a valuable and informative experience. The course covered a wide range of topics related to behavior analysis, including the principles of behavior, reinforcement, punishment, extinction, prompting and fading, and data collection.

One of the strengths of the course was the hands-on training it provided. We had the opportunity to practice applying behavior intervention plans in simulated scenarios, which helped to reinforce the concepts we were learning and build our confidence in implementing them in real-world settings.

The course was taught by experienced behavior analysts who provided real-world examples and insights that helped to bring the material to life. They were also available to answer questions and provide feedback, which was incredibly helpful.

Overall, the RBT training course was well-designed and effective. It provided a comprehensive understanding of behavior analysis principles and how to apply them in practical settings, as well as preparing me for the RBT certification exam. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in pursuing a career as a behavior technician.

The best training experience i’ve ever participated in. It was intense training that prepares you to give the best therapy you can give to your clients.
