Right from the 1st day we met Jackson at Beverly Homes he went above and beyond fir us. He let us take our time and helped when we had questions. Building our forever home from far away was just as easy as beimg there. We were sent video and pictures of the stages. Any changes that our realtor requested were taken care of immediately. Fantastic Service. Once completed the superintendent Josh explained every detail possible in our new home and was quite patient with all our questions. He even offered to do somethings for us until we move. Our home came out just as we wanted it. They do an awesome job. The detail, character and quality in their homes is the best. Beverly Homes is by far the way to go when building your 1st home or forever retirement home. They made us feel like family. We are very satisfied retired home owners.

Beverly Homes was a delight to deal with. The professionalism of both McKayla Farrell and Eston McDowell was extraordinary. McKayla was in contact with me at all hours of the day and even when she was away during the past Holiday visiting family. She answered all of my questions promptly. My experience with Eston was similar. Extremely accommodating and knowledgeable when it came to do the walk thru of the property. They clearly love their positions and it shows with how well they’re taking care of the new owners at Owl’s Nest.

After finding Rivertown Row North on line I scheduled a trip to SC to see it. After many calls and texts with Tim I made it to look around. Tim is by far the best ever. This is my 10th house that I have purchased. This was probably the easiest experience that I have had compared to those previous purchases. Jessie was my sales person and she handled every question and concern that I confronted her with no problem. She was very conscientious which meant a lot to me. The project manager, Patrick, took care of everything that I brought up and did it in a timely manner. He always went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my new purchase.

We actually bought this house only seeing it through pictures and our realtor’s phone camera. I know, crazy right?! With any other builder, yes. But we did a lot of research about SC and it’s many builders and it was abundantly clear that Beverly Homes was the choice for us. We’ve had a handful of odds and ends that needed to be fixed but anything we asked to be done was taken care of right away. My wife and I started a home search over the last year moving from upstate New York to the Myrtle Beach area for retirement. It was a difficult move due to our downsizing and wanting a home that looked more traditional to our liking from where we came from. Moving is a very difficult process and finding the right place so you do not have to go through it again is probably even more difficult. Even though we just moved in, the people at Beverly homes could not have been more helpful or accommodating to help us through the process. Everyone we interacted with (Jessie, Tabby and Patrick) could not have been more helpful, polite and understanding through the entire process. We even had some special needs when one of our loaded cars broke down on the way for the closing 4 hours away, and while I will not detail those needs, they were there to pretty much make our lives much easier and less stressful with all we had going on. Anything new can come with issues, our new home had a few things (all Minor) which were addressed and taken care of immediately by Patrick. The move to the south has been one of the best moves we could have made and the people have the best attitude anyone could hope for. These people make Beverly homes what it is which is the very best home buying experience anyone could hope for. I will add if it were not for our agent Virginia LaRoche, we never would have known or possibly considered stopping here. She of course does not work for Beverly homes, but steered us in this direction. We are now 20 minutes to the beach, shows and other attractions. I may sound like an infomercial for Beverly, but I'm just a happy home buyer getting settled in with my wife and enjoying our time in a wonderful development.

Working with Beverly Homes was a good experience overall. The Warranty group was especially good.
Disappointments were 2. One was the proposed build date of 4 to 6 months slipped to nearly 9 months. And second disappointment is I am still waiting, and expecting, the disappearing staircase in my garage to be installed as per my building plans. I keep getting “blown off” about the installation. Otherwise, all good.
