Myself and my sister came in together to get pierced because we have had good experiences at Black Cloud in the past. From beginning to end we had great service, and I can say that Caleb is a competent and professional piercer. He gave us his info at the end of the session if for any reason there were any issues with the healing process. I would definitely go back and recommend Black Cloud to friends.

Hannah has done all of my piercings, and I even bring my friends to her when they’re visiting from out of town—they love her just as much as I do! She’s incredibly quick, professional, and so kind. She always takes the time to explain aftercare thoroughly and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. I recommend her to everyone looking for a great piercing experience!

This place is great. They took us as a walk-in to re-pierce my 5 year old daughter’s left ear after an accident a few months ago that ripped her earring out, slitting the hole. After healing, we decided to get it re-pierced and I’m glad we went to Black Cloud. The piercer was nice and gave me clear directions on what was needed as well as pricing. She was very sweet and gentle with my daughter and made sure to tell her everything she was doing to ease her fears.

I wish i knew her name, but the lady with red and black hair was very nice. The piercing was quick and easy. Overall 8/10 visit, i just wish i had gotten the color i asked for.

She made the experience super chill and did a great job. I got my left nostril pierced and she also helped me put in my right nostril piercing back in after not having it for awhile. Literally couldn’t have done it without her. Naturally great placement also! Would recommend
