I Had a sewer ejector pump replaced . Called them and right away was given a price up front with no bull ( just the way I like it). When the guys came they were very professional and got the job done in record time . I would highly recommend and if needed will use them again.

These folks came highly recommended and I’m so glad we contacted them. Brad and Chris made a very professional, friendly team; they arrived on time and did a thorough job on our old sewer line pipe. Because it was encased in concrete, they dug it out and replaced the entire floor, spent considerable time making sure the toilet was centered and seated properly, and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. I highly recommend them and their supervisor, Bob, and I will certainly be calling again. Thank you all so much for making the trip from Hagerstown to Frederick!

I had a mishap with a delivery driver damaging my septic tank that is located by my driveway. The technician, Brad was able to come out the same day and fix the problem with the lid being smashed and pieces that had fallen into the septic tank. He inspected it for me and made sure the new lid was properly secured onto the driveway also. Very professional and honest. I'm very pleased with his work. I forgot to mention that these guys have also done plumbing work for my house and installed water heaters. They always do a top notch qaulity job. Definitely recommend going to these guys if you're looking for plumbing installs/sewage work. They don't miss!

Can only say great things about this company. We came home from vacation to find our water main had burst and was spewing tens of thousands of gallons of water under our front lawn with no water service to the house. Bob Jones came out that afternoon to diagnose the problem and was there first thing the next morning to hook us up to an alternative water supply. Within 2 business days they had completed installation of a new water main and everything was back to normal with only minimal impact on the lawn/landscaping. It all went so much more smoothly and cleanly than we were expecting. Highly recommend these guys.

Bob Jones Plumbing was GREAT to work with. Bob was here within a couple hours after we called to check out the situation and once we gave him the OK to do the work it was scheduled in 2 days. As you can see from the pics they located the line and leak in no time and only had to dig one hole in the front yard with very little disruption to the lawn. They also replaced the water line from the leak into the house without any disruption to our garden or sidewalk. GREAT JOB! The crew was great to work with keeping in mind of any mess both outside and inside of the house. I will definitely use them for future plumbing issues. Thanks!
