I had 3 companies to choose from but when i was told Bryan Reynolds is detailed that sealed the deal!! Bryan Reynolds performed a pre-purchase home inspection for me. At the end he gave me a basic summary of his findings but when I got his report I was very impressed. Bryan is very very detailed and as a home buyer you want to know every little tiny detail about what you're purchasing. It's a piece of mind!
