Update: After relocating to another state last month, Adam and Bryce were our first choice as listing agents for the home they helped us purchase 3 years ago. Before starting the home buying process with Caperton Realty, my wife and I were convinced we’d never be homeowners. We’ve lived in various apartment for seven years and always dreamed of owning our own place (and having more space). For the longest time we never got past dreaming because the homebuying process seemed daunting and quite frankly, intimidating. However, once we sat down in their office for our first meeting, we began to see homeownership as a real possibility. Bryce made us feel very comfortable from the beginning, taking time to 1) explain the process start to finish, 2) go over all the paperwork so we understood what we were signing, and 3) get information on our “must haves”, “nice to haves”, and desired areas. Before leaving, we were set up with an email list of market updates and open houses.
After the first meeting, we scheduled various home tours with Bryce and in just one week we were able to see 12 houses! After holding ourselves back for seven years, we found the home we wanted to purchase in just seven days with Caperton Realty. Our offer was put in quickly and accepted shortly after. From there we began the inspections, appraisals, and negotiations where both Bryce and Adam were available for support, questions, and feedback every step of the way.
We were continuously kept informed and checked in on through the whole process. Everything went extremely well and moved very quickly. We did our final walkthrough and we excitedly arrived at Closing Day! We had been primarily working with Bryce, who was present at the closing with us for any last-minute questions or needs.
From start to finish the whole experience with Caperton Realty was amazing. We were able to get the home we wanted, for the price we wanted, and the conditions we wanted all thanks to Caperton Realty! If you’re a first-time homebuyer, or a homebuyer in general, I 100% recommend choosing to have Caperton Realty on your side through that process, you won’t regret it.
