A friend of us recommended this place for our Medicare Advantage plan options for the new year 2024, we had had Humana before but it was not the best option at all, so I did contact the office and a few hours later Ana Hugendubler called us back, she gave us 2 options, going to her office which is around 50 minutes drive or do it over the phone, of course we choose the process over the phone, and it was so smooth and all the question answered without hesitation and later some paperwork sent back and forth over email and next day the process was complete and we are happy now with Aetna Medicare PPO plan, and it didn't stop there, she continued to send us information about how to do some little by annoying things form the plan and with a couple of click it was done and now we are happily after, thanks Ana and BlueMoon for you dedication to your customers.

Had issue with copay on one of my RX. Matt set up conference call with Silver Scrips, pointed out the customer facing information showed the RX as tier 2 with 0 copay. Had the rep review their info and they agreed it was a tier 2, reset the order and notified the pharmacy. Saved $210 co pay.

I was slow getting around to asking about possible new benefits to my Medicare plan. Mostly because I’m not always clear about how the plans work. I don’t question much, accept what’s offered. Mike is a professional as any person not experienced with health insurance and the labyrinth of Medicare and related drug plans could hope to find.
