A friend of us recommended this place for our Medicare Advantage plan options for the new year 2024, we had had Humana before but it was not the best option at all, so I did contact the office and a few hours later Ana Hugendubler called us back, she gave us 2 options, going to her office which is around 50 minutes drive or do it over the phone, of course we choose the process over the phone, and it was so smooth and all the question answered without hesitation and later some paperwork sent back and forth over email and next day the process was complete and we are happy now with Aetna Medicare PPO plan, and it didn't stop there, she continued to send us information about how to do some little by annoying things form the plan and with a couple of click it was done and now we are happily after, thanks Ana and BlueMoon for you dedication to your customers. -Hernan Torres - Posted Jan 10, 2024
