We got to Cars Plus Credit around closing (no daylight) and they still let us test drive (even without having to show ID or sign anything and it was also refreshing to be given the keys without a rep wanting to ride along which has happened at bigger dealerships). They also allowed us to do another thorough check in daylight the next day. The staff was very helpful throughout the process, were willing to negotiate the price, and to make a minor repair. Didn't feel any pressure, no scam atmosphere, but mainly concern that we were satisfied with the deal and the vehicle (which by the way is definitely a reliable and highly maintained used car). Special thanks to Bill for all of your help and we highly recommend Cars Plus Credit.

Were very friendly! Made things very easy. Did NOT pressure at all —-super laid back.

The car I was interested in had been inspected and was ready to sell, but I did find a broken issue. They were quick to fix it with no penalty for me....also came down in price. They offered to address the issue again for free if it “acted up again”.
