Chimney Sweeps of America did a great job re-capping and flash sealing my chimney and they ordered and installed a custom flu cap that will keep critters out! I had a terrible leak from the chimney before and this work should keep the water out too. Everyone I had contact with was very polite, friendly and kind. The work was done by fast and efficient technicians who were also very nice. All in all, a good experience.

The entire process was great. Each person we worked with throughout the process was fantastic. It was smooth and we were kept informed from the first phone call until the installation. We love the ease and convenience of the gas fireplace and it looks wonderful.

Exceptional service experience with Chimney Sweeps of America. Received great customer service with the administration team with regards to scheduling, communication, and service information. Had our chimney cleaned and inspected upon recently moving into a new home. Nate was our technician and he did an amazing job with the cleaning, provided a comprehensive cleaning and inspection report, and thorough information on suggested repairs. Tony was great! I live in Littleton and I had used my fireplace early the morning he was to come, not realizing I shouldn’t do so. He was prompt to begin with, couldn’t inspect my fireplace because it had been in use, but went the extra mile to come back later in the day from Larkspur, so I could have my fireplace inspected prior to the holidays.

Kristen at the office was also very responsive and helpful. Communication took place every step of the way and I highly recommend this company.

Chimney Sweeps were amazing! I hired them initially just to fix my chimney after receive a very high quote from a different chimney company. Chimney Sweeps’ quote came in lower and didn’t involve a complete rebuild, rather, they were able to repair it which is what I’d hoped. In addition, they mentioned that they could also equip the empty fireplace with a gas insert and showed me one that I fell in love with. They rushed the job so that I could get it before the holidays and I am beyond thrilled. I highly recommend them and am telling all my friends about them.

I had an electric fireplace installed. Nate and his colleague were very kind, professional, and showed up on time. A few weeks later I noticed when I was getting ready to install the surround that the fireplace was a bit off center. I called and the owner came out to see, and he arranged for the adjustment to be made the next day. I appreciate their prompt attention and professionalism. In addition, the office employees ( I think Sierra, and Tricia), are professional and helpful.

Not only was the general manager amazing. Nate was fantastic! He was super professional and very nice. We thought a house with a fireplace and unfortunately needed repairs. Nobody wants to spend money on these types of items but when you have to - you want to find a company you trust and does the right thing from the first call to actually fixing the fireplace and taking notes, photos and everything in my account profile so you are taken care of as the customer! Highly recommend!!!

You will not find a company with more integrity, professionalism, and excellence than this one. Jon (owner) found a creative and affordable solution for an elegant two sided fireplace that sits between our master bedroom and master bath. We had been speaking with reps at other companies who were quoting us upwards of 25K for fireplaces that were not as beautiful as the one that Jon found and installed for us. We were about to give up on the idea of putting a fireplace in that spot, which was frustrating because the master bedroom/bathroom area was designed around the concept of that 2-sided fireplace. Jon salvaged the design concept by finding and installing the fireplace of our dreams for a third of the price. An added bonus is that he has an incredible eye and exquisitely elegant taste. I think he might be one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever come across, and his staff are equally as wonderful. I simply cannot say enough good things about Chimney Sweeps of America.

From first meeting, to ordering, to install Chimney Sweeps of America were absolutely amazing. We had originally scheduled an appointment with them to check for CO2 before having a repair done, but what they found was much worse.

The original installation of a gas insert into a preexisting wood burning fireplace had not been up to code. The facade that was built around this insert was not made of the required fireproof materials and was beginning to char. It was not a matter of if, but rather when a fire was going to ignite.

Their rep showed me all of the damage, discussed options, and we came up with a sound plan to replace the insert. The office staff were very helpful and got us scheduled for the replacement ASAP. Our installer Pat was great. He worked hard to complete the install in just one day, was friendly, professional, kind, and left the area where he had worked absolutely spotless.

On the whole, our experience was exceptional. We won’t be calling anyone but Chimney Sweeps in the future for our service and maintenance needs. I love that they are a locally owned business and am happy to support fellow Coloradans. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

He arrived on time and took time to explain what he was seeing needed to be done and why.
He send me several pictures illustrating what he was telling me.
Tina was flexible with the scheduling so there was no conflict with my commitments.
Overall I am very satisfied with the work and professionalism.

Thank you, Tim and Bryce, for bringing our old fireplace up to code and safety standards, and Nate, too. Again, I highly recommend GSA. MY ONLY GRIPE and WARNING to future customers is to be prepared — BEFORE the work is complete, you will receive several emails asking to post a review. The constant email 'review requests' are annoying, pushy, and insulting. Marketing 101: Solicit online reviews AFTER the work is complete (not during the process). Again, I highly recommend GSA, it's their marketing team that needs some 101.

Both chimneys on our 42 yr old house needed the crowns replaced because the old ones were disintegrating. One chimney had a cracked flue. Chimney Sweeps of America did the repairs.

The crew doing the work was excellent and kept us informed throughout. The work took 2 days initially, and a partial day to remove the crown forms after the new concrete cured. They redid the flashing around both chimneys.

We are very pleased with the results.

Chimney Sweeps of America has maintained and taken explicit care of the massive stone fireplace in my family cabin for years now. Initial check found a large crack in the flue caused by common settling. Installing a liner fixed several issues most of which included the likelihood of a chimney fire. Because this A-frame cabin is rented, I can't ensure what wood is being burned or how well the fireplace insert we added to increase efficiency was being cleaned. Annual-- biannual cleaning and inspection by Chimney Sweeps has kept this primary heat source functioning at its best. I love their service, communication, the report comes complete with pictures of the inside of the fireplace and chimney so areas of possible issue can be tracked from year to year for change. Great combination of old technology (brush scrubbing) and new (video close up inspection).

We could not rate Chimney Sweeps of America any higher! They are an excellently organized, knowledgeable, personable and professional outfit whose approach is marked by integrity. Our first experience with CSA was seven years ago. We needed to replace our chimney and install an insert for our townhome. With dedication, care, and attention to detail, all the work was scheduled clearly, the work was accomplished efficiently, and the care to cleanliness and craftsmanship was a pleasure to experience. We have used CSA every year for inspection and cleaning. The same attention to detail is applied to these yearly events. By now we know most of the technicians. We all look forward to catching up. If there is ever a concern, CSA will explain all that is involved. Their pricing is fair, and we have promoted their use in our HOA. Return customers are prized and given discounts for services. They service both wood burning and gas burning units. From our point of view, they stand head and shoulders above the competition!

I have a wood fireplace insert almost 18 years old. This company has been cleaning my insert for the past 5 years. They do and excellent job and are very clean when they do it. They send you photos of your chimney before and after cleaning. The price is very reasonable. I have them clean my insert yearly, so I get an additional discount. Excellent company or I would not write a review.
