We have an annual contract with Chinook to test and inspect our heating and cooling system twice per year, at the change of seasons. Their technicians are thorough in their work and respectful of home cleanliness. They know our system and it’s performance over time. Today’s Chinook technician, Roland, did their normal and thorough inspection, and recommended switching from 4” MERV-13 to MERV-11 to extend the expected life of the fan.

Victorino was amazing! He was able to arrive sooner than scheduled time which worked even better for me, and was friendly, respectful and VERY knowledgeable about our HVAC. I am a new home owner and Victorino helped me choose the right plan for my HVAC being serviced. Super happy with Erin too! Her response on the phone is excellent and she too is very knowledgeable. Alpha came promptly to assess why my newly purchased HVAC system thermostat was not responding to my directions. She provided a temporary solution. Next day service tech Abraham arrived and within 1/2 hour determined the source of the problem and corrected it. I am a happy camper now...no more awakening at 3:15 AM with the house temp 74 when it set the evening before at 68.
