I cannot say enough about our agent Cindy Fitts and CISA Insurance! Cindy has been helping my condo association and property manager with a workers comp issue. She's extremely knowledgeable, very detail-oriented, helpful, responsive and professional. She's taken a hard-to-understand topic and explained it in layman's terms. I manage a portfolio of condominium associations and CISA has been a great company to work with for insurance needs. Jennifer Eilert is the agent for most of my accounts and she is helpful, thorough and quick to respond. Jennifer and the other agents are CISA are super knowledgeable, and are great at answering questions. Due to the positive professional experience I have had working with CISA I decided to switch my personal insurance coverage as well, knowing that the recommendations made by my agent would provide me with the proper coverage needed for my home and auto policies.
