We experienced water damage in our basement and called ServPro for help. They came the same day and assessed the damage, told us what they would do and started within the hour to clean up the water. They checked back daily for at least 2 weeks to see how things were progressing and gave us updates each time. Dan was also a huge help with contacting the insurance company and contacting us to keep us in the loop.

Once the water was cleaned up, their team came and discussed repairs; again Dan was instrumental in keeping in touch with us and the insurance company. Once the work started, Allex kept in touch to let us know when they would be in our building to work on restoration. She also worked with us to make sure they used colors and materials we were happy with. Once the work was completed they moved the display cases back in place for us as well. The final result was beautiful! As advertised, it was just like it never happened.

I had not used ServPro before, but definitely will from now on!
Tena assisted me with scheduling the carpet cleaning appointment and was helpful and knowledgeable. Rook and Wayne did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. They were early and very courteous. And the project manager Lacey stopped by to see how the job was going.
Their customer service was above and beyond my expectations!!

Kevin and Jason were both great to work with! Kevin did absolutely phenomenal work and the turn around was incredible. He took a dented fender that was dented along a body line, and after a few hours you can’t even tell there was ever a problem. Highly recommend

We had our very old and very dirty unfinished basement cleaned today by Rock and Mike of SERVPRO of North Calhoun County. They showed up on time, did a great job with a positive attitude, and met our expectations 100%. It was not cheap, but after nearly 20 years of neglect, it was well worth it. We now can look forward to using our basement happily.

The people who came into our house and worked extremely hard came to feel like friends. We felt we could trust them to be in any part of our home unsupervised which means a LOT. They addressed every concern and followed up on every question and they dealt with the insurance company so we could focus on what we needed to focus on. Top notch Operation and employees. Would recommend them to any who needs a restoration company.

Called them on a Saturday, and they promptly responded. They were here every day to check. They set up plastic barriers for mold, dehumidifiers, and fans throughout the house. The crew had to remove a wall and carpet. Major water damage, and after a week the house is dry. They worked with insurance adjuster, too.

We had a pipe freeze and break and we didn’t realize it. After connecting the hose and turning on the water to fill our pool, our basement filled instead. The company was out in 12 hours. Ripped out carpeting sucked out all the water. Removed drywall, insulation, baseboard then sprayed so mold would grow. The gentlemen that were here working answered all our questions, were very helpful in walking us through what they were doing and why and they took TONS of pictures to document all the damage. I 100% recommend their services. They eleveated our stress and took care of everything! They also work directly with our insurance company so the only thing I need to worry about is my deductible.

I was lucky and had same day appointment. Technician was personable and professional. Polite and pleasant. He new how to trouble shoot the problem and explained the process so it was easy to understand. Sump pump float was not working and we could not use the basement bath room. We wanted to support local business so I looked for one close to home. This experience gives me confidence to recommend them and I will be keeping his business card handy.

I had Mr Rooter out to figure out what was going on with my water heater because it wasn’t working. When I called Monday morning after not having hot water since Saturday, the receptionist that answered the phone told me that they were booked up for the week but she would see if she could move someone or somehow fit me in. Within two hours I had an appointment for Tuesday. She was kind, understanding and helpful. The tech Matt was on time, let me know when he was on route so I could leave work to meet him at my house. He was upfront with the cost, professional and very helpful. He put down his own sheets from the door to the water heater even though it was all hard surfaces- it was very considerate. Would recommend and will be who I’ll call the next time!

Mr. Rooter has been doing work for us for 15 years. Always very professional work, high-quality, good explanations for the customer. The last time, they needed to make more than one trip to find and fix the problem, but they did fix it and gave a refund for work that may not have been needed if found on the first trip.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work when I inspected my SUV. The rear door was hit hard by a grocery cart which left very distinctive indentations and marks. These were all repaired very well and one would never know the door was damaged. The owner, Kevin, verified I was satisfied prior to my departure.
