Working w Karen Sears was Great! In this crazy 2021 housing market, Karen was quick, honest, and professional. We were new to Missouri and had not purchased a home in almost 20 years. She gave us a broad education on St. Louis, schools, neighborhoods, community services, etc. Karen made our home buying experience fruitful. She kept us updated and was accessible at all times.
