I had been struggling with a part on my bbq to get off for a little while but I didn't have the strength and leverage to get that off and I decided to search my area for a handyman to help. I was surprised that they had people that come 7 days a week. Appreciate the great customer service to set up the job from the call number and the communication regarding the person coming out to help. I paid for two hours at the rates quoted. Kameron was able to get my part loose so I can replace my regulator hose but I still need one more part that wasn't available in local stores. He was kind enough to check a few for me but they didn't have one available. He went a little past his time anyway because he expressed wanting to complete the job which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately the part needs to be special ordered. There wasn't anything that was universal that could be used. I will be ordering the next part and I should be able to finish up the job myself later but the hard part was completed - getting off the seized hose which he was able to do for me.

I will try this service next time for other projects! Thank you!
