Promised 2 workers, only one showed up (Mario) and he was a dynamo! He got everything done that I needed by himself. The company called afterward for my comments on the job, and offered to reimburse me for the no-show worker. I told them to give the whole fee to Mario.

We needed someone to help us move heavy office furniture. Tons of it. CLP assigned Leroy to the task. He showed up early and eager to go. It turned out to be a much bigger job than we'd imagined. At one point we thought it would be impossible, but Leroy came up with creative solutions and didn't stop until it was done. What he accomplished was amazing. I have worked for community labor partnerships before. They are not always the easiest way for someone to find good local gig work. Where they succeed is not in their efficiency overall but in being able to message a pool of candidates quickly to find labor help.
Pay is typically $25 an hour for workers.
Be prepared to have a buddy handy to help you with moving jobs, bcuz they require a second person for moving furniture.

I was able to request same day service to have someone come help move a heavy washer and dryer down to the basement and then help hook it up. I believe the worker's name was Chris. He was amazing. He arrived about 15 mins early, was very professional the whole time, and my husband was very appreciative of the help he received carrying those heavy loads. I would highly recommend using this service and would absolutely use it again and again.

I was notified 10 minutes before labor started. It was an hour away and I was just getting up. I hurried there. The clients were very hospitable and understanding. The job was near over but cclient was very generous and paid me an overage than what was agreed. Very satisfied with appointment and no hassle work. Will do anytime this contractor.
