I have been a patient for many years and have always been well-taken care of. The staff are qualified, knowledgeable of the latest treatments, compassionate and professional. I really appreciate the various locations, which provide multiple opportunities for appointments, and the various treatments available. The care offered is exceptional. The service is impeccable. The results are amazing. Truly a lifesaver.

I've been treated with care and compassion since I began with their spravato program almost 2 years ago now. Julie Zito and Karen Barber are both very lovely people to work with. My only complaint was that the director Dr. Awwa stopped seeing patients in person, which is a shame because he is certainly a very competent professional and I believe that the patients under his direction would greatly benefit from his increased presence in the office. Overall I would recommend their spravato program to anyone with treatment resistant depression who has not found relief elsewhere.

Since becoming a patient at cbha, I am a whole new person and I am forever grateful for this. You know how you can tell when people truly care about you? Thats the feeling I have at every appointment with Mrs. Hui. She truly does care and she is top notch. She even notices things that I didn't have to say out loud and helped me with them, such as my hand tremors. The secretary is also the best and makes it a very comfortable experience when going in person. Anyone lucky enough to have found cbha, is lucky enough! I hope if you are reading this review and are looking for a great place, that you call and see if they have openings. If you are looking for a place where you are cared about, as well as a place that has the best doctors and staff, this is it. If I could give 100 stars, I honestly would. My confidence is back, I look healthier ever month, my family and friends notice big changes and it's almost all because of cbha. I wish anyone reading this the best of luck with your journey. If I could do it from the place I was at (the lowest imaginable), anyone could, especially you! 🫶💖

My prescriber is fantastic! very understanding, very kind, and I’ve been very pleased with my experience. Knocking off a star because it’s incredibly hard to get in touch with the receptionist when I need something urgently from my prescriber. Everyone is otherwise very kind and it is easy to schedule appointments by call.

CBH has helped me manage depression with just one medication. Dr. Noaman is professional and understanding. I like the reception staff & the waiting area is nice.

I have going to Connecticut behavioral health for at least 15 years and Adelia has always been kind, considerate, thoughtful and goes above and beyond to help me with my appointments. She’s even called me on a Saturday, so I don’t think it gets better than that. Also Donna Shein is amazing. She and everyone there listen and care.

Edelia is the most wonderful, competent, and one of the most unbelievably helpful members of the CBHA team! She has been the ONLY one in the past 4 years who can get things done. I have called other offices and left several messages with NO response, on numerous occasions. Edelia is amazing, kind, courteous and above all else, respectful! Whenever I hear her voice on the other line, I feel calm and confident that I am being taken care of. I have seen her take on the work from other offices and do it with grace and confidence.

Everything‘s been good Bridgett is very nice I’m having hard times with the medicine I’ve been asking for paperwork for Mutual of Omaha they faxed it over twice and I’ve been waiting two weeks for extension to September 5 because I’m on the new medicine for work which is very stressful and anxiety for waiting on this

Ralph Hirschfeld, APRN is an incredible provider; I highly recommend going to CBHA of Norwich or New London to see him. He is a gem of a provider. Many times, he has gone above and beyond for me to ensure I receive the best possible care. I would also like to highlight the staff and office manager are top tier, and make you feel very welcome in their practice. I would highly recommend CBHA & NP Hirschfeld.

The counselors rarely care about my problems they listen and give good advice my counselor and I Have a good relationship I talk about things that I can’t talk about with anyone else that’s why it’s so good

Dr Awwa is a blessing to me and has been to my family. He has patiently seen us through some rough times. I have needed his help in some difficult situations and He was right there backing me up and doing everything to help. He has my upmost respect and trust. You can sense his love in helping people to get better. I know it's not just a job and money with Him at all. Generally His staff is the same as He is. Sometimes there are issues in the office but it gets resolved and things go smoothly again. I consider Dr Awwa to be part of my foundation. I know I can get help and understanding as well as medical care that is 100% trustworthy. I could say so much more. See for yourself, you'll be glad you did.
