Our experience with Cove Realty was a memorable, straightforward experience. Our sales partner agent was Mike Zacker. My wife did some research in finding and talking to local realtors, and we were fortunate that she recommended Mike to me after he visited our home and walked through with her.

He was low key, low pressure, made helpful and welcome suggestions to prepare our home for sale. He did not push back on our requested sale price, when we planned on having the house ready for showing, a close date, and was very encouraging as we neared our day to "go live" on the sale listing. He had very professional photos taken, suggested the order of photo show, and authored the listing details.

He worked with us on sorting through the offers that we received, provided opinions on each, i.e.., Pros/Cons, and suggested what we could negotiate as counter offers. There was a "glitch" at the close that he and the title company innovatively and promptly resolved, and we accomplished the task of selling on old home and moving forward with resettling back to our roots in NE Wisconsin.

For me the measure of a successful partnership is what your answer would be if asked, "Would you do it again?"

I would give a resounding Yes.

My son was stationed overseas and during his absence, considerable damage was done to his property. I live 6 hours aways from the property so even trying to sell the home was difficult. Mike came into our house and made some suggestions to improve the appeal of our home and discuss everything involved with selling a house. We discussed price, listing specifications, And photography timing among many items.

Within hours of the house being listed (late at night), we had multiple showings scheduled on the first full day. Before the first day of showings was completed, Mike presented us with an offer that was above asking price with no contingencies. Your experience may vary lol!!

After the inspection of our 70-ish year old house was completed, Mike was able to suggest contacts to complete the work that was needed. His many years in the business and multiple contacts he has made really helped us.

Cove Realty and Mike Zacker were great in getting our home SOLD in two weeks. We were very nervous Sellers since we hadn’t been on the Sellers end for over 25 years. Mike marketed our home in many different ways and brought us a full price offer within two weeks. During the marketing time he gave us timely notice of showings and feedback from potential Buyers. Cove Realty was great! They understood what I wanted in a house and was able to find me the perfect one. They were great during the negotiation process. All employees were super nice and put my needs first. They were able to work around my unusual work schedule for showings. They really know the kenosh county area, including good and bad school districts and neighborhoods. I would recommend them to anyone, especially people with a family who needs a good area for kids!
