They went above and beyond and were able to get a technician out within an hour after 5pm. The Technician Andy was incredibly polite and informative. He had our furnace pushing out heat within 20 minutes. Then offered us some maintenance options and was very informative. Joshua and Rey came to do our duct work cleaning to 4/26/19. The professionalism and expertise was noticed with great pleasure. Cleaning up afterward was fantastic. They both did a great job. Even when they listened to me talking, they seemed to relate and made our experience pleasurable. As a vet, it is really nice to have another vet like Rey to share stories. We used Custom Services for my sisters plumbing in her house remodel. We had three different quotes from plumbers and the other two were three times more expensive than Custom Services. Custom Services came out when they said they would and did an excellent job. People who were at the job site said the two guys who came out were very nice and professional and had the job done within a couple of days.

Their employees are very friendly and courteous. When they tell you they will be there at a certain time they will do their best to be there on time. They are very knowledgeable and leave things clean when they are done. I recommend them very highly.
