We called Duke’s Garage Door on a Sunday, they were kind enough to send a technician to give us a quote the same day. Our technician was Jimmy Khalil, he was very polite and came prepared with all the parts he would need to fix our problem as was described to him if we elected to go with his company. We felt the quote was reasonable and accepted his quote, he had our garage door operating within an hour and a half. He set the tension so that not only could my husband open the door manually, I could as well. Additionally he programmed the car to open the garage door for us. He was exceptionally good at his job and at taking care of his customers.

Matthew Rivera came out to my home to quote a new wall mounted opener, springs, bearings, and rollers. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and was not a pushy salesman like other companies use. I sincerely appreciate the honesty because I do not know much about garage doors, I just want everything to work properly. I approved the quote (which was a great price) and the work was 100% completed the next morning. Everything looks amazing and the door is extremely quiet. Matthew is a great technician with a very high skill level. I will personally recommend Duke’s to everyone and tell them to ask for Matthew Rivera.

Excellent Company. They inspected my old garage door and explained the problems and gave me several options to replace my garage door. The quote was very reasonable. I had a garage door opener that needed repair. I called on a Thursday. They tried to get to me that day, but couldnt make it until the next morning. Wonderful response time. They completed the work within an hour, repairing the opener and servicing the door itself. They charged me $130 which I found to be very reasonable. I will definitely call them again and would highly recommend them.

Getting this screen door for my garage was an awesome decision. Had a roll up motorized one for 15 years but decided to go manual. I was skeptical at first. I watched Mike Steve and Kurt through the whole process. As they began assembling it my mind was quickly put at ease. Truly courteous and knowledgeable professionals. I didnt realize the last time I needed was in 2016 at that time I was very satisfied with their service. Today I needed a lot and knew DGD was the right choice. Good experience. Sales person came quickly, didnt push for a sale or for my SSN for financing too quickly and answered all my questions. Install mostly went well. Noticed a dent in one panel later that day but they replaced the panel without issues. Really good communication. The office staff is very fast to respond via text (or phone).

I had a great experience with Dukes Garage Doors. My Service Technician was Aaron E. from the Jacksonville location. He was very knowledgeable & informative. I initially requested a Tune Up for my Garage Doors & Openers however he explained that I my Door Springs were in need of replacement and thru our conversation I decided to have that done along with replacing my aging Garage Door Openers and Dukes gave me a very good price to go ahead and have Aaron do the work. Dukes is a Very good Company and they kept me informed of when Aaron was going to arrive for my service appointment.
