Service tech James did a great job, James showed me what needed to be done and took care of my problem. Donna with Door Doctor also was a real pleasure to work with, Donna called me back very quickly and scheduled a service tech with in two hours, she has great listening skills and was eager to help me with my problems. Had a large pull down garage type door on the back of a trailer. The cable let loose and the spring needed adjusting. Door doc came out that day and fixed the problem…works as new. Fast, affordable and courteous.

Fantastic service. After a friend call back installed a new door opener and we tried to change the default codes as recommended in the manual that the installer didn't notice, the door opener wouldn't work. We did an online chat with the opener manufacturer, and they stopped helping when they thought spring tension was off and needed professional adjustments, and offered some local vendors that we called; the first offered to call back possibly within 4 to 6 weeks. Then a call to door doctor (they had helped us years ago) offered to come the same afternoon.
We were then surprised when the technician showed up in about an hour! His name was Russ, and knew his business, quickly took care of completing the install of a battery pack that was left, and programmed our remotes too, quickly and efficiently, billing us for a reasonable simple service call and we were happy and relieved, as finding competent local (preferred) help has been slow after a recent hurricane has stressed the system, and also brought lots of outsiders into the area.

We are very grateful for Door Doctor and will call again next need and also recommend them to friends.
