Service tech James did a great job, James showed me what needed to be done and took care of my problem. Donna with Door Doctor also was a real pleasure to work with, Donna called me back very quickly and scheduled a service tech with in two hours, she has great listening skills and was eager to help me with my problems. Had a large pull down garage type door on the back of a trailer. The cable let loose and the spring needed adjusting. Door doc came out that day and fixed the problem…works as new. Fast, affordable and courteous.

Fantastic service. After a friend call back installed a new door opener and we tried to change the default codes as recommended in the manual that the installer didn't notice, the door opener wouldn't work. We did an online chat with the opener manufacturer, and they stopped helping when they thought spring tension was off and needed professional adjustments, and offered some local vendors that we called; the first offered to call back possibly within 4 to 6 weeks. Then a call to door doctor (they had helped us years ago) offered to come the same afternoon.
We were then surprised when the technician showed up in about an hour! His name was Russ, and knew his business, quickly took care of completing the install of a battery pack that was left, and programmed our remotes too, quickly and efficiently, billing us for a reasonable simple service call and we were happy and relieved, as finding competent local (preferred) help has been slow after a recent hurricane has stressed the system, and also brought lots of outsiders into the area.

We are very grateful for Door Doctor and will call again next need and also recommend them to friends.

I saw their technician’s truck in our neighborhood and called them to see if he could stop at our house because our garage door wouldn’t open. He was at our place in twenty minutes, diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing our 20-year- old system . The new system works so much better than the old, was a reasonable price and only took an hour to install. I highly recommend this company.

They are one of the nicest professional and honest group of people in business that I have met in a long long time. They are above expectation. They were right on the money and even under way under what some of these companies wanted to charge. Donna is such a good soul and really helped a lot. Skip the door tech was very professional and did not try and upsell is anything he did exactly what i.called them for was maintenance on my doors and the 1 day service which I was in no hurry for was great called at 830am set a appointment for 3 to 5 pm and he was here at3pm how can you beat that thanks so much

Hurricane Ian damaged my garage door and was in up position due ti bent frame. They helped put in down position and recommended best ways to replace it vs replacing a bunch of parts that would be costly for an old door. Prompt response as well.

Just called this morning and the technician showed up in a couple of hours. Excellent communication. Up and running with s brand new stand of the art garage door drive in no time. Love the bright light and the WiFi feature. Much quieter than the old chain drive. AAA+
Did I mention, it’s really hard to get someone to help you after the hurticane Ian hit our area.

Can’t say enough about this excellent company. From receiving a phone call to alerting me when the technician will arrive . Upon his arrival he was very friendly.I explained what the problem was and he gave an option to correct my spring problem . The option and quote was accepted. I asked when can they do the work . To my surprise he said he can do it now .
The quality of work was top notch . This was a great example of customer service .

Have used Door Doctor many times in the past and today. They were at my home within the hour. Billy was a great service tech, knew what he was doing, and completed the door fast and professionally. He recommended some maintenence for my garage door as well as lubricated all wheels and anywhere that needed it. He did a clean job and was very efficient at the repair. He was very polite and I would highly recommend him.

Only negative complaint is they are more pricer then other companies in my area, however, the service and professionalism of the job done makes up for some of the cost. Thank you Billy and DD!

I called Door Doctor because I read all positive reviews. They wanted to come out the day that I called them and we were unavailable. So the said they’d be there that next day between 9 and 10am. The tech (Billy) pulled up at 9:02am. He was able to diagnose the issue we were having and replace all the garage door rollers. You can’t even hear the door open anymore. It was awesome. They also warranty their work for 30 days for service call and 1 year for the fix. I would highly recommend them. Prices are great and service is even better.
