I found Duncan through the Find it with Duke Energy program. They were one of three companies I interviewed to replace my old oil furnace and install a new electric heat pump. Their communication was great. Their work was top notch. Duke Energy came out and inspected my new system after it was installed and had no issues with the install. Duncan was great to work with. Their bid was also the most reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Great service men and prices. Duncan installed a new HVAC system years ago including removing the old metal duct, they cleaned them installed new sealant new tape and insulated all ducts. Just had them come service it and what professionalism the whole crew has. Awesome work. Will and would recommend them.

Despite being super busy time of year Duncan got my A/C back up and running in less than 24 hours. It was not an easy job in the attic in August, but their technician was super knowledgable and got the job done quickly and I've not had a problem since.

Duncan impressed us from start to finish. When our "old house" problems were more than a weekend repair could fix, the service tech took my call on a Sunday, and the following morning the company owner was at my door to provide an estimate on a complete system replacement. Duncan was honest, communicative, and incredibly professional to work with. Once the system was installed, the technician went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed about our equipment. Cannot recommend Duncan enough!

This company replaced the HVAC system at my mothers home and also replaced mine. They were very courteous and patiently explained the work they needed to do and the work they had already done. They were very receptive to questions and worked really hard to get my unit in, which was not an easy task. I would highly recommend this company. Tyler was especially helpful and knowledgeable about these units. They were all great!

Duncan Heating & Air scheduled a system eval/repair for us and Tyler arrived as scheduled. He listened & worked with me to troubleshoot the problem, found a possible cause and made the repair in a very timely manner. After a thorough operational check no other likely issues were found. Our a/c is now working as it should heading into summer. Very pleased with Duncan’s consistent service and reliable work.

I called Duncan Heating to service my A/C unit and make sure it was ready for warmer weather. Tyler came out and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a technician by Tyler came by to check out my system. Tyler was professional, courteous and he took his time to diagnose my system to see what was going on. Tyler made sure my system was operating correctly before he left. He also scheduled me an appointment for April for a follow up. Tyler called the next morning to see how my system worked that night. Another great experience with Duncan! About 6 months ago they replaced two complete systems for me and I am extremely happy with the performance of the new units. The other day I was having intermittent issues with the heat from one of the units and they sent Tyler out the same day even though they were incredibly busy. He was able to locate the problem and fix it quickly. It had nothing to do with the new equipment, it was actually some aged wiring coming from the house to the new unit. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and even called the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. This company is amazing and everyone is very friendly. Their products are top of the line with very fair pricing.They are also strong supporters of the Military! If you don't have a company you are happy with or trust, please give Duncan a try and you won't be sorry.

Their service technician, Corey was prompt, very friendly/ likable and informative. He came out for routine Fall maintenance and when testing the unit found that a capacitor was going bad . Due to having a well stocked service truck he was able to replace it while he was here . I highly recommend Duncan Heating & Air for all of your residential HVAC needs .

When we learned we would need to replace our heating and air conditioning we shopped around. Replacement is a big expense so we wanted to make sure we were getting the most for our money. The team at Duncan provided us with the best system...we read all the reviews and knew American Standard was top rated. They gave us several different options and price points. Installation was completed as promised and everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. We now have a quite and energy efficient system keeping us nice and comfortable. The process was easy from start to finish and I can't recommend them enough!
