We hired Kyle for two inspections on prospective purchases. We sincerely appreciated his honesty, punctuality, professionalism, thoroughness, and expertise. He genuinely made us feel like friends whose best interest he was looking out for and not like he was just out to perform a job and collect a check.

Kyle took the time to explain his findings in detail and then explain them again when my husband called to discuss the findings because he wasn’t able to make it to the inspection. We were able to schedule our inspection within 48 hours and our report was delivered within hours of completion.

I was referred to EIB inspections from my realtor. They emphasized how thorough Kyle was. I can surely agree. We showed up halfway through the inspection and he was finishing up his inspection on the exterior. He stopped to introduce himself and explained what he had just completed and what he would be inspecting next. He was professional but easy to get along with. Very down to earth and honest. What was the icing on the cake was that he was a fellow Veteran, I love to support Veteran’s. He offered additional services but there was no pressure to purchase those services, it was either yes or no. He went over the report with us line by line which helped us when presenting it to our builder so we knew what we were talking about. He also had the report fully complete and emailed to us that evening. How I know Kyle was legit? Our builder reviewed the report and stated that the deficiencies he found were not unreasonable and they didn’t see a problem with correcting most of them, in particular the minor deficiencies. As well his presence had the builders warranty guy nervous (ha,ha). Thank you Kyle for your services and we’ll be in touch prior to our 11 month inspection.
