This is my second year working with Elite Tax and Notary! I am more than satisfied with the caring service and how friendly and knowledgeable they are! I appreciate how patient they are with me whenever I call with my millions of questions which they don’t mind answering. I am so pleased with the service that I receive from them. I called Carmen on a Friday afternoon two hours before her closing. Carmen explained her process, walked me through using her website and completed my return in about 4 hours. Did I mention it was the night before the filing deadline?!!! She’s amazing!!
