E.V. Towing was responsive and friendly, the dispatcher and driver were great. Through my insurance company, they initiated a tow in the late afternoon which I ultimately was forced to cancel. They called to apologize that it would have taken so long and I told them that I would try again in the a.m. When I called, the driver Mike was in the area and arrived in about 10 minutes. Their reputation obviously matters to them 😀

My husband and I were stuck on the side of I 5 freeway. Our car stopped running I called our insurance towing company and get a tow truck. They sent Emerald Vally towing. I told the tow truck driver I was on oxygen, and didn’t want to run out. They arrived in time for me to still have oxygen to get home.

I felt like I got a lot more help than he owed me. It was a very nice experience. I would definitely recommend using emerald towing in the future.
